Course material should consist of:
• Introduction  provide wide view of subject
area and what to achieve
• Presentation  contain detail syllabus
– illustrations may help
– provide exercises at the end of every chapter will
be better
• Summary  brief and clear
 Lecturing
1. Appropriately dressed (neat)
2. Confident
3. Know your students/trainees
4. Communicate the learning objectives
5. Speak clearly – language
6. Avoid monotone
7. Friendly – avoid anxiety to trainees
8. Able to accommodate all questions
9. Discipline on time schedule
10.Avoid repetition
11.Keep facing to trainees during deliberation of material
12.Use various methods
13.Avoid look at one section of class
 Mengajar seyogyanya:
1. Berpakaian rapi
2. Percaya diri
3. Menyampaikan TIU/TIK
4. Mengenal peserta diklat
5. Gunakan bahasa baku secara jelas
6. Volume bervariasi
7. Buat suasana kelas tidak tegang
8. Memperhatikan semua pertanyaan
9. Disiplin waktu
10.Hindari pengulangan kata2 yg tidak perlu
11.Menghadap ke peserta waktu menjelaskan
