ART. 114 Deposits for Loss or Damage
• The report or record required to be filed or kept are the payrolls and ti
me records (including the executives and paid by results). The false sta
tements, report or records refers on the matters stated on the said re
port or records. Thus, the rules provide the ff:
• Payrolls:
• Every employer shall pay his emploees by means of payroll wherein the follow
ing is shown:
• The Executive Director shall have the same rank, salary, benefits and o
ther emoluments as that of a Department Assistant Secretary, while t
he Deputy Directors shall have the same rank, salary, benefits and oth
er emoluments as that of a Bureau Director. The members of the Com
mission representing labor and management shall have the same rank
, emoluments, allowances and other benefits as those prescribed Co
mmission.
• ART. 122. Creation of Regional Tripartite Wages and Produc
tivity Boards .
• The Regional Boards shall have the following powers and functions in
their respective territorial jurisdictions:
