• Incorrect process of sending an email. (Compose/ Reply)

• Template sent twice/ Wrong template sent to the client.
– INCORRECT INFORMATION
• Incorrect information on agent’s reply. (Wrong email address CC’d, wrong details about the site we are promoting, Wrong link)
– CONTEXT ERROR
• Agent’s reply did not meet client’s concern.
– GRAMMAR ERROR
• Grammatical errors
– FORMATTING ERROR
• Incorrect spacing, spelling, and punctuation
– CRITICAL ERROR
• Agent replied to a Do_Not_Contact client.
• Improper tagging of Do_Not_Contact emails.
• Deletion of emails.
• Fraudulent link ups (when the agent claims a link up that is not rightfully his/hers)
