All of them, except Green Mark (from

Singapore BCA) that is not listed in the list
of green building rating tools.
GreenMark is the only rating system in the world which is mandatory
in Singapore, other rating systems are voluntary and administered by
a GBC or partner of WorldGBC.

The demand for energy simulation in Vietnam
From the need of green building certification

In the developed countries

The development of computational and engineering simulations tools
has been around for a long time ('70) to meet the needs of design
optimization, after that, the concept of green building was born (‘90)

VN: starting with certification requirements, so people do not seen the

benefits of design optimization by using simulation tools

Using energy simulation for cost optimization offers far more benefits than
achieving green building certification.

determine the mechanism for promoting the green building.

No incentive for green building, then building science & designing

tools have no way to be developed.
