Anamnesis

• Recalling; patient's medical history, especially based on


the patient's memory; immunologic memory
• Anamnesis result contains the main complaints and
accompanying complaints that are often submitted by the
patient or the patient's family. Tracing the history of
current illnesses, other diseases that are risk factors,
family history, social history, and history of allergies are
other information on this. In some diseases, this section
contains specific information that the doctor must obtain
from the patient or patient's family to confirm the
diagnosis of the disease.

– Quantity → Very
• Any other complaints that followed? → Melena
- Every bowel movement? Or not?
- Accompanied by blood?
- Is it watery? How watery?
• Timing
– Onset : Melena → since 3 days ago
– Duration
– Frekuensi
– Progression →The pain gets worse after eating how many hours?
• Modifying factor
– Aggravating factor→ the pain gets worse after eating
– Relieving factor
2. Past Medical History

Drug History
• Regular medicine?
• Allergies?

Scenario :
• Patient has gout
- Since when?
- How bad?
- What is the medical history of gout? →
• Rarely control to the puskesmas and often consume medicine stalls to
treat their illness.
3. Family History
• Is there a family affected or not?
• Is there a family that feels something like this
before?
• If yes, ask about the medical history

• Any Alcohol?
• Food, etc
