Need
Most companies have been developing their system in a very conservative manner that accommodates
a lot of dependency over individuals rather than making it process dependent. Which makes it even
more difficult to develop units / centers with/by trends in the industry. Now this perhaps could be
the ideal way to survive when the there is no other option and had no planed growth otherwise.
A common phenomena in this above mentioned scenario is that, any new process implementation will
show a glaring negative impact - immediate losses in revenue which will not only stop the decision
makers to allow fresh implementation but also makes them encourage the conservative living.
Therefore, if we are to move along with time and industry trend, we must go beyond conservative
system of people driven existence >> to >> process driven growth.

• Must have 3 consecutive sessions in order to achieve set
target
