Education is the process of learning , or getting of knowledge , skills ,



values and habits of essential needs of life .

On the other hand

Education system is a body ,which differ from one and another country ,
thus not all the countries follow a common education system

There are five main phases/eras of education in India .

IN THE BEGINNING
Earlier education system used to commenced under the
supervision of gurus
There were no special class rooms or laboratories. In
older days the house of guru was a place to learn and it
used to called as VEDHA NILAYAM
In older days teachers has to choose the student , to
whom they want to teach the skills .
There were no fees . After the completion of studies
students used to render service to the guru or give them
gifts .

Indian education system is influenced by politics as every


political party have its own interests and favors their
supporters
Lack of Political Vision , where we see our society from
10 years from now
Corruption , Misuse of Aids , Over-expenditure due to
incapable chairs
Lack of will to bring Changes and to Upgrade Indian
Education system which fulfils the needs of changing
time { 21st century } .
Lack of Patriotism , Influence of the shadow of Imperial
Education ,

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE INDIAN
EDUCATION SYSTEM

There are many changes that are need to bought in


every aspect of education system in India
First Indians must elect educated citizens in
Parliament
Education Qualification of Politicians should be fixed
PHD and after forming a government they should be
given portfolios according to their field .
Death Penalty or Life Imprison should be awarded to
Corrupt Politicians , Government Employees and
Civil Servants
Indian Government Shall allot funds to upgrade
Indian Education System to that of European and
American Standards/build educational institutions.
Logical Thinking Should be encouraged rather than
rote memorization.
Vocational Education should be encouraged and it
should be given special attention.
Teaching Aptitude Test should be made mandatory .
Privatization of Schools and Colleges should be
encouraged with the Government Support.
Syllabus should be reduced , stress should be laid on
co-curricular activities
CONCLUSION

India is a big nation . Its Education System which is in topsy-


turvy situation , lagging behind with the race of time . It
needs special attention of
Government/Citizens/Doyens/NGO’S and Capitalists of
India They need to work together , so that post modern era of
teaching learning process should begin in India . Which will
emphasize of logical thinking , all-round development of a
human-being ,which produce raw-material needed by the
factories of the 21st century ,Education system which would
impart knowledge about various vocational subjects thus
creating Enterpeneure’s, startups which will help to create
jobs in various fields thus try to eradicate poverty ,
unemployment and misery from the Land of India .
