TEAM BUILDING

OBJECTIVES

• To prepare the Team members of the upcoming and urgent activities as


identified and determined by the Project.
• To specifically spell out the most urgent activities and determine the
procedures on how to facilitate its implementation.
• To strategize the Team’s approach on the activities without jeopardizing the
concerns of DOTr and their timelines.
• To discuss the process of reporting and accomplishing these for on time
submission as required by the Project.
PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

• Presentation of the Objectives


• Presentation of the Team’s Tasks and Responsibilities
• Determination of urgent activities
• Identification of strategies and approaches i.e. coordination and submission
of weekly reports.
• Team concerns, issues, expectations and working relationship among
members.
TEAM’S TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist DOTr in the preparation and implementation of pre-RAP activities
as cited below:
1. Gathering of baseline profile of PAPs through the conduct of
Detailed Measurement Survey (DMS), Census, Socio-economic
Survey (SES), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Training Needs
Assessment (TNA), Rapid Labor Market Assessment (LMA) and Key
Informant Interviews (KIIs).

2. Provide assistance to other RAP teams upon request i.e.
during appraisal activities, distribution of NoT, data
generation/processing/analysis and documentation activities for
RAP updating.
3. Assist in the Livelihood Coordination meetings with LGUs and in the
LGU-Led Consultation meetings with PAPs.
4. Assist in LGU-initiated Social Preparation activities geared towards the
improvement and implementation of the LRIP.

5. Attendance in meetings relevant to the project (i.e. LIAC and its
sub-committee meetings; KSA coordination meetings, among
others).
6. Preparation of the Compensation and Entitlements (C&E) Master
List of LOs and NLOs and the Disbursement Plan for LOs and NLOs.
7. Conduct of Public Consultation activities (i.e. IEC, FGDs, SCMs) and
of supplementary SES activities.

8. Provide assistance to DOTr in coordinating with the LGUs as to the
conduct of meetings and in the preparation of urgent agenda
items to be discussed.
9. Research, preparation, and monitoring of available temporary
rental facilities.
10. Attendance in meetings relevant to the project (i.e. LIAC and its
sub-committee meetings; KSA coordination meetings, among
others).
