Definition

Baptism: Incorporated into Christ’s Body,
Sent on Christ’s Mission
 
1. REVEALS the equality and dignity of each member of
the community.
2. REQUIRES us to reject sin and re-assess our values,
decisions, and lifestyle.
3. INVITES us to a vocation of holiness and the practice of
Charity.

Resurrection of Christ and the ongoing work of
the Holy Spirit in the World.
5. MAKES us disciples to the World.

3. INSPIRES us to Gospel action that involves human
development and work to end injustice.
4. CALLS us to share Christ’s mission to promote life and

1. WE RECEIVE the Holy Spirit’s gifts of strength, faith, peace,
and courage.
2. CARE and SOLIDARITY to those who suffer.
Reconciliation: Reconciled to Right
Relationship, Called to Heal and Restore
1. Sin damages our relationship with God and with our
neighbour.
2. WE ARE CALLED to examine our consciences and
admit our failings.
3. WE RECEIVE God’s mercy and forgiveness.
