OBJECTIVE

1. To identify the effect of balance on body balance on free throw


skills while jumping.
2. To Identify the height of the jump When scoring the ball

Jumping using a trampoline can improve coordination and balance by involving
the whole body in the practice of free throw basketball while jumping. From
head to toe, every part of the body is needed for balance and coordination. This
makes the body accustomed to moving different parts of the body at one time
for one purpose of free throw basketball skills while jumping.
