 Asa Master Teacher II in public school
based on my experience Multi-Grade exist
because the number of the enrollees could
not meet the required number 40.For
example in grade I enrollees numbered to
11 only and grade II is 8 so the school head
will put one teacher in two grade that
makes it Multi- Grade.
Effectiveness of Multi-Grade
The Multi-Grade Teacher is being
able to meet the needs
community’s children .
The Teacher has the sufficient
preparation in training and
appropriate Multi-Level
Instructional materials and books.
