lindor: Hey, I’m lindor and I’m peruvian. Welcome to the summer camp. I’m the
General Counselor. Let me tell you that we generally start the day with a music
activity.
jeremias: I like that because I sing and play the drums.
lindor: Do you have a band?
jeremias: Yes, I have a music band in Huancayo. I suppose that children here also
play instruments.
lindor: Yeah, some of them do. Do you play any instrument, inocente?
inocente: No, I only dance.
lindor: Perfect, so we can play music and dance with the students. Let’s move on to
the afternoons, we usually practice some sports like tennis, soccer and baseball.
jeremias: Great. In my country, we love soccer.
inocente: In chile, we seldom play baseball but we like soccer too.
lindor: Awesome! Children usually choose soccer. Nowadays, soccer is quite popular
here in the peru. And in the evenings, students build a campfire and tell scary stories
with the Outdoor Activities Staff. Do you like those stories?
inocente: Yes, I do.
jeremias: No, I don’t. I hate darkness and ghost stories.
lindor: Don’t worry. In that case, we also have a karaoke contest.
jeremias: Sure, I will go for that.
lindor: Ok, I promise you will have a lot of fun this summer.
