Issues of junior and middle management are sort out with some implementation of new policies in an organisation
so here company wants more product lines within next twelve months .
Expansion entail increased performance and movement of employees from present roles and enhanced roles with increased
responsibilities as
per business requirements .
now question is that how change is executed in
organisation successfully--
There are many reasons for bad performannce of management in the organisation
so, the issues of lower and middle management is very bad situation for organisation , due to this situation they are unable to

for the goal of the organisation and there
performance regarding thier work is getting worst.
As a od consultant i am gonna make some changes in the management.
like as -
1-restriction is there for lower and middle management for not communicate informally.
Now the organisation wants to add more product lines in upcoming time--
and as a consultant --
I am ensuring that management will confirm whether our company has the machine or we have the raw material?
What is the position of the products in the market?
Management Will be the first mover. Staff presence is also necessary.
Having Well Managed Divisions in Our Organization is also important .

1) Using WhatsApp For Internal Team Communication
Whenever we tried to implement any new tool for internal communication at ProfitBooks, we got resistance from the employees.
People are reluctant to ‘learn’ new things. Best thing about WhatsApp is that almost everyone uses it and it does not require any training.
Another advantage is, I don’t need to explicitly ask the team to check WhatsApp as they are anyway hooked to it.
You can use WhatsApp to send images, audio files, short video clips of your products and text messages to users across the world.
Unlike SMS or Email, there are less restriction on the format and delivery chances are higher.
