duty, illegal gains and misuse of authority.
 Lawyers, doctors, hakims, journalists, publishers, authors and self-styled ‘Servants of the
Nation, use unsavory means to promote their self-interest
 The Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians or the Harijans; all are equally in the grip of this
disease without any discrimination.
 Hardly five percent people are those that have escaped this severe disease
THE CONSEQUENCES OF MORAL
DECAY
 Ninety-five percent of the inhabitants of this country are victims of moral disease
 The three communities - the Hindus, Muslims, and the Sikhs - no longer attach any value
and importance to virtues like truth, justice, and righteousness.
 These nations have carefully selected the worst individuals from among them to act as their
representatives.
 They drove their degenerate communities on the road to corruption harder and faster.
 They escalated them to the point of conflict. To the conflict of economic and political
interests
 The field of journalism added the fire of fury, hatred

 TIME TO MAKE A STRONG RESOLVE

 We shall establish justice and equity in this land.
 We shall promote sympathy
 We shall harness the resources of this country for our own welfare and the betterment of humanity at large
 We shall uphold righteousness and suppress all evils

 I am not saying all this to you so that you may lose all hope for the future. I myself am not
disappointed nor do I want others to feel that way.
 all sensible people who possess an awareness of the situation should endeavor to
rectify matters.
HOW CAN YOU RECTIFY
MATTERS?
 LAUNCH A REFORM MOVEMENT
 In this darkness, there is only one glimmer of hope for us. Degradation has not yet enveloped our entire
population. There are at least five percent of people who are immune from the evil infection that is
raging today.
 ORGANIZATION OF THE RIGHTEOUS ELEMENTS
 Identify, select and organize the righteous elements in our society.
 DEVELOP A CLEAR CONCEPT OF GOOD AND EVIL
 In order to accomplish the task of reforming society, a clear concept of good and evil.
 We should have a clear conception of what is evil and what is good.
