AirSep Standard Oxygen Generators Models AS-D+ through AS-P can be equipped with an optional NEMA 4 touchscreen control panel with an integrated oxygen monitor NEMA 4 is standard on models AS-Q through AS-Z
New Advanced Features Measurements Language Support Remote Monitoring Email Notifications System Performance Maintenance Alarms Information History Operation Guide Airflow Animation Status Information Reset Calibration Data Logging Security Optional Flow Sensor Optional Auxiliary Pressure Sensor
Language Support Spanish, French, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English are currently supported Access languages via system settings
Remote Monitoring The control panel features diagnostic capabilities and Ethernet access for remote monitoring of process parameters by access via a Web Gate
Email Notifications The unit can be configured to send email notifications when reaching an alarm or shutdown condition while connected to Ethernet (local email server to handle email is required)
Information History By holding down the information window, a popup will appear with information about the time that the last message occurred, and the last 4 messages before that message and the time they occurred. This allows the user to see how the unit has been operating; such as if there have been any recent alarm/stoppage conditions
Operation Guide On-screen step-by-step instructions overviewing system start-up and shut down User-friendly Accessed by an information button on the bottom of the screen
Airflow Animation The oxygen generator displays an animation showing the direction in which the oxygen is flowing; when the A feed and B waste are open, you can see the air going into Bed A and out of it into the receiver, and Bed B can be seen getting rid of waste air
Status Information A hidden screen in the top left hand corner will display the status of the system bits indicating alarms, shutdowns, bypasses, and the run/standby bits. This allows for quick and effective troubleshooting
Reset Calibration The HMI can now be used to auto-scale the pressure sensors In the case of system failure where calibrations are lost, the customer can still resume operation of the machine even if they do not have a pump and pressure gauge to calibrate each sensor
Data Logging Information about the operation of the machine including pressures and concentration will be saved as long as a USB memory stick is inserted into the HMI Information will be saved up to 10 weeks Information can be extracted remotely if the system is connected via Ethernet
Optional Flow Sensor A flow sensor which transmits in 4-20mA is pre-programmed in and may be added to the system via connection to the analog input card
Optional Auxiliary Pressure Sensor Wire in an additional pressure sensor with a 0-10V signal and it will automatically be recognized by the system and information will display in the HMI
