 Rules and Regulations:
1) Every Division (Regional and Head Office) is encourage to participate to
this competition.
2) Participants: Link Net’s and Infra Solution’s employee (contract and/or
permanent).
3) Participants can choose any topics related to improvement such as:
a) Lead time improvement
BUSINESS b) Business process improvement/simplification
c) Increase productivity
PROCESS
4) Participants can also choose one of participant categories as following:
IMPROVEMENT a) Individual: comprise of 1 (one) participant.
COMPETITION b) Small Groups: comprise of 2 (two) participants with collaboration
option (if any) of 2 (two) divisions (max).
c) Large Groups: comprise of 5 (five) participants with collaboration
option (if any) of 3 (three) divisions (max).
5) All the entries should be sent to: SMO@linknet.co.id.
6) Word limit – maximum 1200 words.
7) Participants can only sent 1 (one) entry.

8) Participants should write their complete proposal (template provided) in
PDF format either in Bahasa or English.
9) Participants have to prepare a project proposal complete with project
title, project members including result (before and after) of project
implemented.
10)Participants can use data (January-May 2020) as basis line to implement
BUSINESS the project.
PROCESS 11)Participants will be given 3 (three) months to prepare project proposal.
12)Shortlisted participants will be given 1 (one) time to present their
IMPROVEMENT
COMPETITION proposal.
13)Participants and complete project members have to attend and present
their proposal in front of judges.
14)Transportation and accommodation (if any) of participants including
project members during selection process will be born to respective
division (cost center).
15)Judges will give rating and decide the winner in June 2020.
16)The deadline for submission for entries is 15 May 2020.
17)Company will also provide training and coaching to all participants.
