General Objective
• Improving the traffic management system, conduct a road safety audit along
Governor’s drive with reference to the previous study and DPWH identified black spot.

Specific Objectives

1. Proposing new geometric design and/or recommend new structure/facility on identified

black spot

2. To provide remedial measures for the identified black spots referring to AASHTO,
DPWH and ADB guidelines.

3 To identify what causes the road crashes on the identified blackspot along
Governor’s Drive, Cavite

4. To develop a simulation model to specified black spot
