image not blurry and the seagulls

The GIF shows a seagull on a beach having its mouth wide opened
probably making loud screams (Noises).
On the mouth probably moving looking upwards
The Mouth moving wide like a circle?
That its look up in the sky in the beach with its mouth wide opened

The sun it's not reflecting but it's making it look clear not blurry

They have the Camera focused on the bird 

Low ISO because they are outside in the sun 
Fast Shutter speed because it's all on focus 
RELATE TO YOUR OWN WORK 4)
• I am Influenced because the GIFS look clear, and the ISO looks on point
they have fast shutter speeds while moving the seagull images probably
one of my favorite from the work Micael Reynaud has taken and has
done.
