Job Duties:
Analyzes workforce, material, and equipment requirements provided by the contractor in their

field construction management. Prepares daily reports and forecasts, as required, and keeps
construction management informed on progress of overall bridge activities. Assists superintendents

Reporting to the Construction Manager. You will be responsible for supervising and directing
operations within your assigned discipline or area. You will manage contractor activities, supervisors
and others, as assigned as well as ensuring. Assigned construction operations and subcontractors
performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.

Job Duties
Performs general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions. Assesses contractor schedules
and reviews work accomplished against such schedules. Monitors work activities and ensures the
quality of work performed. Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work
and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation. Approves day work records using
established automated tools. Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction
progress by the contractor, and expenditures forecast. Monitors the activities of contractors to ensure

To be considered for this position, you must have at least minimum of 15 years experience in civil

Reporting to the Senior HSECS Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in the
integration of specialized environmental requirements into the planning, permitting, design, and
construction of the project.

Job Duties
Provides technical support to feasibility studies, site assessment studies, and ES&H Policy reviews.
Provides specialized environmental input to Engineering, Construction, and Subcontracts, thus
ensuring that environmental requirements are integrated into project planning, design criteria,
construction plans and specifications and subcontracts. Participates in meetings with project team
members, and contractors/subcontractors to advise them of specialized environmental requirements
that may affect project design, construction schedule, and cost. Conducts environmental compliance

Reporting to the Field Engineering Supervisor. This position is under general supervision and
according to established standards and procedures, prepares engineering drawings from rough
sketches or from general engineering and design information.

Job Duties
Drafts clear, complete and accurate working plans, detail drawings or minor design arrangement from
rough or detailed sketches or notes and from layouts or models according to specialized dimensions.
May make sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions, materials to be used, the relation of
one part to another, and checking the relation of various parts to whole structure. Makes any
changes, adjustments, or corrections desired and submits drawings for inspection and approval.
Utilizes knowledge of engineering practices, mathematics and building materials to complete
drawings; may perform design calculations under direct supervision. May assist in design model
construction, make material take-offs and prepare material lists. Gathers information from vendor
drawings, files and other groups to use as guides in drawings.

Job Duties
Provides technical assistance to other Safety Services Specialists/Engineers. Provides technical
support to safety studies and assessments and other applicable safety and health reviews. Provides
specialized safety input to engineering, construction, and subcontracts, thus ensuring that safety
requirements are properly integrated into project planning, design criteria, construction plans and
specifications and subcontracts. Participates in meetings, as required, with project team members,
and contractors/subcontractors to advise them of specialized safety and health requirements that
may affect project design, construction schedule, and cost. Assists in drafting ES&H Plans, project
specific safety procedures, project specific implementation plans (e.g., evacuation plans, safety
training plans and programs), and technical reports. Conducts safety inspections of project

commitments, permits, the project’s ES&H plan, and other applicable safety plans.
