ABSTRACT
 Introduction
Examination Cell Automation System is developed for the college or university to
simplify the allocation of hall tickets and the allocation of ths exam centers and
classes .It facilitates to access the examination information of a particular
student in a particular department alloted to the student . The information is
sorted information alphabetically, which will be provided by the teacher for a
respective department. Here the admin(Teacher of the Particular subject)
updates the student details, exam timings, hall details, staff details in the
available space given. So the automated system will give the seating details to the
students whose details were listed in the sgeet uploaded by the admin.
The purpose of developing exam cell automation system is for the seating
arrangement system is to computerized the traditional way of conducting examsA
newly invented concept can aid for the students for checking their exam halls.
This helps them to identify the floor or get directions to their respective halls
without delays.
Functionalities of the System
In the first phase of registration, the students register the details like
name, registration number, year department, semester and email-Id. In
second phase they create a username and password for their account,
which can come into play after the approval of admin. The students
would be able to apply for an hall ticket for upcoming examination. To
get access to their marksheet and get arrear details and also come to
know about tentative dates of their upcoming examination .
The Admin would maintain the users level of abstraction. i.e. he would
provide access rights(read, write ,modify….) according to the users. And
also the admin is responsible for manipulating the data revolving around
this application.

Conclusion
• A web based interface for showing hall name fo r student is
developed, which makes students to see their seat in respective hall
easily. Username and password is created for the unique user by
admin by registering their details The up to date software will
increase the productivity and improves the education as well for the
students. Further, the implementation of the system can perpetuate
the automation of other important activities in the Institute, thus
making the college more student and staff friendly ahich anyone can
understand easily.
