PLOT #1
 PLOT #1 (SEASON)

• Humanity has lived within imposing defensive walls sheltered

from the attacks of giants, anthropomorphic creatures that feed on
humans, for over a century thus managing to maintain a climate
of peace in their lives. In the year 845, however, a giant about
sixty meters high appears and creates a breach in the outer wall of
Wall Maria, near the district of Shiganshina. Among the survivors
of the tragedy are the three protagonists of the story: Eren Yeager,
Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlet. On the day of the raid by the
giants, Eren loses his mother, who is devoured before his eyes.
The incident generates in him, already impulsive by nature, a
hatred towards giants, higher than fear towards them, and he
swears to exterminate them all. Five years after the incident, the
three grown-up friends join the army, and the giants show up
again. The three are assigned to Trost, a city along the Wall Rose,
and during an inspection the Colossal Giant reappears, who with a
kick breaks through the outer gates of the wall, leaving the city
vulnerable to attack by the giants. During this battle, Eren, in an
attempt to save his friend Armin, is devoured by a giant and
inside his stomach, a great outburst of anger allows him to free
himself, transforming himself into a titan and mercilessly
attacking the enemies of humanity.
 PLOT #1 (SEASON)

• Levi and his chosen corps lead Eren to the old headquarters of the
Exploration Army, where the young man must train himself to
manage his giant powers under their control. Eren, Armin and
Mikasa after witnessing Commander Erwin Smith's speech,
finally decide to join the Reconnaissance Army.During the
expedition, the Army spots a Female Giant capable of
withstanding the blows of their weapons and endowed with
remarkable intelligence. The Giant has as its goal, Eren, who is
protected by Levi's chosen body ultimately causing the death of
all of her members. Discovering the identity of this new Giant,
Eren wages battle with it fighting for the city of Stohess, causing
destruction and civilian deaths. The woman, after a very long
battle, now exhausted, takes the opportunity to cover herself in a
thick layer of crystal and hibernate. In the Season 1 epilogue, a
portion of the Wall Sina collapses, revealing the face of a giant
walled up within it.
 PLOT #1 (SEASON)

• The men established three military protection orders: the Garrison

Corps, which includes soldiers who defend walls and cities; the
Corps of Gendarmerie, the section that regulates public order
within the cities and has the privilege of personally serving the
king and operating safely within the first circle of walls; the
Reconnaissance Army, the organism composed of soldiers who
venture beyond the walls to fight the giants on their territory, with
the aim of discovering more about the enemies, their origins, their
weaknesses and find a way to be able to them definitely defeat. It
is the order that runs the most risks and suffers the most losses; in
years of defeat they have managed to perfect the Equipment to
carry out the Three-Dimensional Movement, a device that allows
you to hover in the air with ropes and high pressure gas, offering
great mobility in facing the giants.
PLOT #2
 PLOT #2 (SEASON)

• In the second season, the giant imprisoned in Wall Sina is

discovered and a religious pastor named Nick urges the army to
cover the titan from the sun's rays, revealing that he was already
aware of it. When asked about the reason for the giant's presence
and the existence of other titans within the walls, Nick refuses to
speak. The army, informed that the Wall Rose had been violated
again, sends the Reconnaissance Army on a reconnaissance to
face the threat of the Giants again. After discovering that the walls
are made of crystallized giant skin, the Scouting Army decides to
seal the breach in Shigashina by transforming Eren. Meanwhile,
Nick refuses to speak, but claims that a member of Recruit
Training has the information they are looking for. Their group
then heads to Utgard in search of the girl. Although the military is
initially in the lead, stone blocks thrown by the Giant Beast from
the Wall Rose kill two of the soldiers, and the rest are
overwhelmed as new creatures arrive. The giants then surround
the tower where the recruits have taken refuge. In order to save
Christa's life and fulfill a promise they made in the past, Ymir
pounces on the creatures by transforming into a giant and
confronts enemies in his new form.
 PLOT #2 (SEASON)

• After the battle, the soldiers climb the walls near Utgard Castle
and Reiner takes Eren aside, revealing that he and Berthold are
actually the Colossal and Armored Giant and that their mission to
destroy humanity could have been avoided if he had. agreed to
follow them. The two transform and manage to kidnap Eren and
Ymir. Many hours later, with the army at his back, Reiner
transforms himself again and flees with Berthold, Eren and Ymir
on his back, while the soldiers pursue them. Ymir realizes that
Reiner and Berthold are interested in Eren because he has the
Coordinate, which is the power to control other giants. In the
epilogue of the second season, we will see the Giant Beast
crouched on the Wall Maria and a mysterious blond man with
glasses emerging from her back.
PLOT #3
 PLOT #3 (SEASON)

• The third season sees the three protagonists, Eren, Mikasa and
Armin grappling not only with the Giants beyond the walls but
also against the inhabitants within them. The government decides
to request the custody of Eren and Historia and this will lead to a
real revolt within the walls between the Reconnaissance Army
and the government itself which decides to send in the ruthless
killer, Kenny Ackerman. After several clashes, we will see the
final rescue of Eren and the walls themselves, threatened by Rod
who, desperate for the failure of his plan, uses the serum to
transform into a Giant. Once defeated and after the reconquest of
Shingashina, the Reconnaissance Army visits Grisha Yeager's
cellar, where they find a photo of him as a young man and three
books. In the lyrics, Grisha describes his childhood in an
economically, technologically and socially advanced land beyond
the Wall Maria.
 PLOT #3 (SEASON)

• Historia was subsequently proclaimed queen and finally the old

regime was swept away, giving space to the truth even among the
citizens. In fact, at the meeting of the government of Paradis,
Historia decides that the people inside the walls should have
learned the truth about the giants, that it had been kept secret for a
hundred years and that the breaking of the wall by the same was
the start of a planned invasion by the state of Marley. Within a
year of the attack on the Trost district, the Giants within the Wall
Maria are permanently killed and the inhabitants return to their
hometowns to begin rebuilding. Six years after the fall of the Wall
Maria, the Recon Army returns outside the walls again and
finding a giant unable to move due to its small arms and legs,
they realize that they must be close to the perimeter wall where
the Eldians are transformed into. Giants from Marley. And that's
exactly how we leave our protagonists in the finale of the third
season, while fascinated they admire the sea aware that the war
was not over yet.
PLOT #4
 PLOT #4 (SEASON)

• The first sixteen episodes of the final season of Attack of the

Giants finally shed light on the nature, history and motivations of
the enemy of the inhabitants of the walls: the nation of Marley. In
the fourth season the anime takes a leap of scale, widening for the
first time its gaze beyond the Walls and beyond the Island, where
we discovered is located what is in fact a city-state. Paradis is not
the last stronghold of mankind, but the most feared outpost by the
world population: the fortified city built on the island where the
fugitive Eldians took refuge with King Fritz, who brought the
Founding Giant with him. The first part of the fourth season
begins four years after the events that close the third and begins
with a long excursus without the usual protagonists of the anime.
Episode after episode will be told what happened in this period of
time and how the compactness of purpose of the Research Corps
has cracked in the face of the prohibitive challenge of opening up
to the world while maintaining its autonomy and guaranteeing
survival, recovering the technological gap and science created by
the past decades in absolute isolation.
