construct is made.
• This activity begins before the execution of work . It continues during
the execution and even after the completion of the building work.
• Broadly classified into

a) Preliminary development of land before starting of the work


b) Development of land during and after the construction of building.
• Development work is divided into two parts-

a) Development of structures connected to the building construction.


b) Development of structures and land which provide extra amenities
to the society.
