EXPANDABLE INTERACTIVE LEARNING FRAMEWORK
ABOUT THE GAME
LogicHub is a special board game designed as an expandable interactive
learning framework for logistics and supply chain management. As a
learning framework the game is developed to cover different scenarios
and challenges in logistics. The game currently in version 1.0 and focus
on delivering a basic concept in logistics/supply chain

During the game each


player will take a role a
coordinator of a
logistic/supply chain hub.
They need to place order
OR produce items to
maintain their stock at the
optimal level, deliver
number of items to fulfill
the demand, and at the
same time try to establish
an efficient supply chain
together with other players

The game is designed to be played in a group with 4-8


persons/group with duration of 60-90 minutes of play
VERSION 1.0: COMPONENTS & ROLES

LogicHub is a framework game to simulate a supply chain process.


Players act as a node in the supply chain, from manufacturers all the
way to retailers. Each nodes of supply chain will be managed by a
team (consisting of up to 2 players). Another team of 2 players will
act as the regulator/bank to assist in the game.

Each players task is to manage their own warehouse, and to make sure that the product
stock is enough to fulfill orders from the downstream node.
VERSION 1.0: GAME FLOW

Players take their turn and do these


actions :
1. Moving/Shipping the products
2. Paying inventory and backlog costs
3. Ordering the products

Each player have the same basic actions,


except for special (extra) actions for
Manufacturer and Retailer.

If player is unable to fulfill an


order, they will have to take a
backlog token and pay certain
amount of penalties for it
