Cardiovascular Cardiovascular Endurance means how long you can keep going and being

Strength is the maximum force that a muscle can exert as it contracts.

Speed is how fast the muscle can contract in an exercise for a short period of time.

Reaction time is how long it takes the brain to process and react to something
