Lesson 9
• Registering your guests before giving them access to a room
by checking booking confirmation, asking their ID, filling
registration card, etc, is basic knowledge of Front Office
Agent.
Check-in sequence:

1. Welcome your guests and please them to have a sit


2. Offer the a help
3. Ask for a booking confirmation and an identity card
4. Reconfirm the reservation details
5. Ask the guest to fill in the registration card and sign the disclaimer form
6. Hand over the inclusion, (vouchers or credit stay) and room key
7. Call the bellboy and wish your guest have a pleasant stay.
