HOST STEPS – ENTRANCE GATE

RESERVATION
1. Welcome and greet customers at the entrance, ask them
whether they have a reservation or not.
2. If yes, check their details on the system.
3. Print the VD slip. This paper includes of some information as
below:
 Date of Booking
 Arrival Time
 Booking Name
 Table Number
 No of People
 Booking Code
 Booking Notes with Minimum Spend details
4. Showing the VD slip to the guest, reconfirm their reservation
and explain regarding the T&C (including the MS is non-
refundable, its consumable for F&B, smoking product and
towel provided. No time durations guest can stay until the
venue close at 10PM (weekdays), 11PM (weekends)
5. Guest signs the VD slip as approval
6. Then 1 hostess to be ready to escort the guest while bringing
the printed details. And contact the server via HT inform
them that the specific table number (“Seating Poolside 1 (2
times – paid or not paid)
There must be 1 Server answering COPY and waiting for the
guest at that table.
7. Escort the guest while maintaining eye contact, and always
try to make a welcoming conversation during your walk
inform that we have special offer or etc.
At the time you arrive at the table / daybed, you need to
introduce the Server to the guest and please hand over the
printed details to the Server. Ensure the Server is clear with
every detail.
8. Excuse the guests and go back to your desk.
WALK IN GUEST

1. If the guest doesn’t have a reservation and wants to


have a daybed, check the system if we have availability,
please explain our price list and details.
2. Once the guest has agreed to everything, then ask for
their details, input the details to the system. Details
required:
 Guest name (full name)
 No of people
 What’s app number
 Email
 Also put table number
 Amount of minimum spend
 Asking for the special occasions and food allergyc
 And hostess name / your name

By the end of the day if the guests’ arrival has been decrees, hosts
need to check their guests that they've escorted before. Ask how's
the experience with Mari Beach Club, etc etc.
