Final Plan

Plot
Our opening sequence starts off with a phone call between a retired
gangster called Richard Porter and a Russian gangster called Nikolai
Kasparov. Nikolai has just kidnapped Richards wife Jasmine and asks
Richard to bring something to him in London if he ever wants to see
his wife again. Richard agrees to bring what Nikolai wants.

The next part of the opening sequence is showing Richard Porter


coming to London and the audience will see him coming out of a
station. Richard Porter will be carrying a briefcase to carry the
mysterious thing that Nikolai wants. Richard Porter will then calls
Nikolai and will tell him that he has it and Nikolai will then tell him
to go to a certain location. We will then see Richard pick up the
briefcase and walks off.

Costumes
As you can see in the picture below we can see a typical business suit. This
suit is similar to the one that the main character Richard Porter will be
wearing in our opening sequence.

Locations
London Bridge:

We will go to London Bridge


underground station and will
go onto London Bridge where
we be able to take some good
establishing shots of London
Tower Bridge and of the
London skyline. We will also
maybe aim to get some shots
of the surrounding area and
the Gherkin. The Gherkin is a
10 minute walk away so this
could be a good option for us.
Locations
Canary Wharf:

To get to Canary Wharf we will


take the underground station
and are main shooting location
will be the courtyard area directly
outside Canary Wharf
underground station. This
location will be where the
audience will be introduced to
Richard Porter. We will use some
mid-shots, pans and some
establishing shots. This location
has a lot of tall buildings which
will work well for us.
Shotlists
Establishing shots: To emphasize the location to the audience.

Mid-shot: To highlight are main character but also show environment he is in.

Close-up shot: To show the briefcase to our audience

Eye-line match shot: To make the main character appear neither strong nor weak.

Pan shot: To follow are main characters movements when he walks away.

Reaction shot: To show main character reaction to the conversation during phone
call.
