For Aggregate a length of 331m of 3.5m
road width can be covered for the first layer
and a length of 662m of 3.5 road width can
be covered with one filling of 12m3 of
Aggregate.

After inputting the application
rate and working width, it is
ready for work
Since Simultaneous spraying
ensuring a perfect cohesion
between binder/chips and the
time between the spraying on
the binder and the chips is
constant, re-works will be
avoided hence material saving
is evident.
At least three operators
needed. Asphalt/Bitumen
distributor driver, Chip
Spreader drive and Dump
truck driver are needed.
Maintaining distance and
speed between the Distributor
and the Chip Spreader is very
crucial and the operators need
to control this.
