Silo assembly maintenance
 Every day, after the operation is finished, the screw
feeder should be emptied. Once a week check the
operation of the reducer, sealing, lubrication should
be no abnormal sound, leakage and other phenomena,
oil shortage should be timely supplement, but not
exceed the oil level line .
 Check the outlet and suspension bearings once a week
to see if there is any sediment. If so, remove it to
avoid blocking. Check the whole machine's fastening
condition once a month..
 At the same time, the middle bearing of the conveyor
should be filled with grease every day. The shaft
seal of the TU screw reducer should be refueled every
10 hours.
