 About the College
D.S.College is affiliated with Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Agra and Accredited as
B++ by NAAC, having co-education with excellent education facilities in Hindi,
English and Sanskrit medium. There are more than 10000 students, 159 regular
teachers, 50 teachers in self finance courses and 150 non-teaching staff. The institute
aims at imparting quality education in the various faculties like Science, Arts,
Commerce, Law, Education, Computer Application, Business Administration and
library science as well as enhancing student’s ability with Games, NCC, NSS, Rovers
and Rangers. Institute has Post Graduate courses in more than 20 subjects, with plenty
of research activities in the hands of more than 400 research scholars.

This Institute was established in 1947 by Rai Bahadur Badriprasad ji under the society
Satya Dharm Samaj. As society named “Satya Dharam Samaj” was established, the
rule book of which stated the first aim of it in these words – “To strive and attain the
best dharma, as said in Vedas about devotion and knowledge and leaving of false
knowledge.” Dharam Samaj (Post Graduate) College is famous throughout India, is
one of the best colleges of Uttar Pradesh. It is situated near Achal Taal at G.T.Road in
Aligarh.

The college has highly qualified teaching staff with excellent skills and research
experience. The college has co-education with regular emphasis on excellent
discipline and dress code as implemented separately for both boys and girls.
 About Webinar
It is a matter of immense pleasure that Dharma Samaj College Aligarh ( Accredited by NAAC‘B++’),
affiliated to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Agra is going to organize a National Webinar on “International
Yoga Day”- 21st June, 2021. The webinar is sponsored by Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New
Delhi. Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The objective of the
webinar is to promote the spirit of International Yoga Day. It also aims to develop the habit of practicing
Yoga in daily life. It focusses to aware people for mental and physical health which is essential for stress-
free existence.

Note- Zoom meeting link will be provided in Telegram/ WhatsApp groups. There will also be live streaming
on YouTube, Subscribe our YouTube Channel after doing registration for the webinar.

E-Certificate will be issued to all the registered participants who join this webinar.
