Presented By: Theories of Leadership and Management

Administrative theory: Mostly in subject of corporate leadership and executives, the word "administrative management" refers to a style, path, area as well as sector of planning and
administration which investigates, examines and explores the method, approach as well as plan for conducting and executing effectively the disciplinary measures.
The word "administration" or governance seems to be frequently, commonly and regularly associated with the concept and idea of good governance as well as management, that seems to
be concerned with the growth and execution of organizational activities and initiatives taking place in the company, as opposed to governance, that seems to be connected and linked with
business operations and strategical planning. because more the good governance, management and leadership will be more will be the chances of the company to grow rapidly. This
theory will force people to be mobalise people to work. The leaders and managers will ensure that a clear-cut plan of action is made, depicted and explained at every level of the newly
merged company. This ill help in bring new success to the company. Everyone will be concerned to finish his/her task and there will be nor conflicts. This will result in peaceful work
environment and employees' satisfactions.

Behavioral theory: The behavior or style theory recognizes the importance of some of these essential guidance capabilities which will authorize the managersto commit an action which will
help in growing the company and combining all the features that a company prosperous while making an analogy with the figure head's preceding dimension, even before towards that
specific behavior, as well as recommending so every employee does have a unique form of behavior of performing actions due to which each and every individual is most happy as well as
satisfied. Single behavior/style could not be useful throughout all settings, just the same as single size do not adjust all bodies (Feidler and House, 1994). So different behaviors and styles of
performing different tasks helps managers and leaders to work even more better along with the employees so that they make their company even more successful and triumphant.

Scientific theory: Efficiency and performance might rise, grow as well as enhance if tasks and activities were standardized as well as minimized. The employees, figure beads and
personnel should work and collaborate together and side by side with one another in order to maintain the development and growth of the company. managers and leaders should help in
completing tasks and objectives assigned to employees, groups and teams of the company. It would be a different from the way work was typically done in businesses beforehand. Somewhere at
moment, the management of the company had few interaction and involvement with the employees as well as personnel as well as permitted employees to generate the required goods as well as
items on their own. There was little uniformity and consistency, as well as the primary reason for employees was mostly to keep their jobs, therefore there has been no motivation to produce
more swiftly or thoroughly as feasible.

Notes:
• The techniques and solutions listed are mostly the foundational and fundamental activities and tasks of general administration. Only with advancement of civilization and rise of industrialization, the
latest and even more advanced operational and managerial techniques are getting extremely essential, vital as well as crucial. A construction of methods and strategies for handling and conducting
financial agreements as well as discussions, company representatives, establishing and creating connections as well as interactions amongst colleagues and employees, as well as the methodology of
managing these talks, discussions and conversations is an excellent example of this. When it comes to figuring with employees and employees, this form of planning and development is significant,
crucial and necessary since the performance of workers and personnel is dependent, based and contingent on the execution and accomplishment of the company's primary responsibilities and duties.
the figurehead of the company has such qualities initiative or level of responsibility (no employee would be forced to do the task which the employee does not want to do), equality (where everyone
in the company are considered equal), level of freewill ( in which employees are free to do and to perform assigned tasks with their own choices, unity of direction that is there will be only one
manager or supervisor of a department, there will be no multiple supervisors so that the balance and equity of the company should be maintained and there will be no opposite views and different
type and kinds of tasks assigned by multiple supervisors. Because if there will be more than one supervisor in a department then they both will impose and imply their own rules and regulations to
the people of their department which will lead to disturbance and less growth of the company because if employees listen to one supervisor and complete the assigned tasks then other supervisor will
impose on them to complete the tasks assigned by him which will lead to mismanagement and failure of the company.

• In operational administration, organizational choices as well as implementations and techniques are discussed. This refers to the distribution of strategic choices, including development of judgement
processes, as well as the reasoning and justification behind those choices and actionc. The significance and value of knowledge, data and material within organisational processes and adminitrative
functions, as well as its trustworthiness, validity, dependability, integrity, correctness, as well as effectiveness, cannot be overstated. Growth processes and methods are indeed a network of
interrelated features as well as components plus instruments that were already chosen, determined or defined through different approaches, techniques and ways in order to meet a company's
objectives. Typically, "mechanism" refers to a detailed and precise guidance of employee's activities and attempts to reach and obtain a specific outcome. The primary goal and purpose underlying
operational company's basic competence seems to be maximise examples given by maximising the utilization of available materials and sources.  The aim to enhance, upgrade, expand and
strengthen the company's current existing goverance system as well as add new techniques and innovations (cost-cutting, computerized monitoring, process improvement, quality system, and so on)
necessitates an adequately coherent and constant approach and methodology. the more new techniques added to the system of the company the more company will grow and prosper rapidly.
managers, leaders and employees work altogether to maintain and create new methodologies and processes in order to maintain the company status and role in a society. Also economic growth of
their company whilst top managers and figure heads were more concerned well with value of production (Yukl, 1989).

• Employees within the group as well as  figure heads put their own concerns and goals elsewhere just for the welfare of the team. A manager would then be requested to listen to the concerns as well
as feedback of the employees in attempt to motivate, inspire, encourage & motivate everyone to become a figure head. The ability to see the necessity  for transformation, obtain employees and
colleagues' understanding as well as support, establish a plan, goal and strategy which increases the flexibility, as well as integrate the transformation is what defines leadership skills (MacGregor
Bums, 2003). So employees and leaders make their personal life separate from professional life in order to work completely with attention and focus on the goals and objectives given by the leaders
and managers to complete them on time so that the employees would ensure the perfect growth of the company along with the leaders, managers and figure heads.
