What you grant Snapchat
You retain whatever rights your content you had to begin with.

For all content you submit you grant Snapchat 3 licenses:


1. License to freely use, share, copy and modify your content anywhere and whenever
they want without paying you or asking for your permission.
So now you and Snapchat are owners of that content in the same level.

2. License to create derivative works, sublicense and publicly display in any distribution
methods your content unrestrictedly.

3. License to use your name, likeness and voice.

What Snapchat grants you
A license that allows you to access and use their service anywhere you want without
paying them.

You aren’t allowed to copy, modify, distribute or sell any part of their Services. And you
can’t attempt to extract the source code of their software without permission.

How they let us know:

- Write a statement on their website homepage
- Send us an in-app notification

They don’t fully tell you the updates they’ve made, you’re
supposed to read everything again

uploads, sends, receives or stores through their service.

Snapchat doesn’t guarantee that:

- The Services will always function without delays or imperfections

You agree to hold Snapchat harmless from any complaints, damages and losses related to your
access or use of the Services.

If you’re not able to solve the dispute:

The dispute will be settled by an arbitration that will take place in

You have to go to a court in England (UK) to discuss with them.
