 Smriti

NARRATIVE AS A THREAT TO LAWS:

 Has the potential to surround already existing laws and create doubts about them.
 Example of Citizen Amendment Act, 2019, to explain the threat it caused to the law
 Example of The Farm Bills.
 Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020
 Issue of MSP (Minimum Support Price) in the same context
