Some projects have Financial Impact or Hard Savings, for example, the current process
shown that processor spent 10 hours in processing the the average 10 daily transactions.
When the process has been improved the 10 hours processing time was reduced to 5
hours. Then, compute for the difference and show it in Peso value i.e. 5 hours x 10
transactions per day x Average Resource daily rate x 22 days x 12 months = Php 13,200
annualized savings
For other projects resulted to Soft Savings, please specify what kind of Soft Saving as an
outcome of your project. For example, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance, Safety, etc.
For combined Hard Savings and Soft Savings, both savings can be presented here.
