Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate truffles are a deeply indulgent chocolate treat made
from chocolate and cream. They’re essentially balls of chocolate
ganache. And great news: they sound so much fancier than they
are to make!
There are many kinds of truffles though most are usually made
with chocolate. The center can be creamy chocolate, ganache,
buttercream, nut butter or fruit.
