EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

 Work from home (or Working from home) is a modern work approach enabled
through internet and mobility wherein irrespective of the physical location of
an individual work can be done.
 Work From Home is concept where the employee can do his or her job from
home.
 Work From Home gives flexibility in working hours to employees as well as to

In 2020 India introduced measures to ease registration &compliance requirements to


enable employees of IT & BPO companies to work from anywhere, permanently or
temporarily.
It is very important for all of us to understand that new normal or next normal in post
COVID-19 era will be shaped more definitively by technology than any other force in
global theater today.
Every aspects of our lives, from wellbeing to work, & everything else in between will
be massively disrupted in the coming years.
Specifically, the way people work & interact with their workplaces & the way
companies operate will be tremendous changes.

CONCLUSION

1. In this research we conclude that most of the people prefer or support for working from home.

2. Almost 80% to 90% people feels that it is more comfortable to doing work from home as
compare to doing work at office.

3.According to this pandemic situation doing work from home is a beneficial for all of us.

4.There are some disadvantages to while doing working from home like eye irritation,
backbone pain, stress etc.

5.Work from home is suitable or comfort for all of us because its flexible in time, area etc.
OTHER FINDINGS
Other suggestions :

 Work from home is not compatible for everyone, as disturbance and prior time schedule get disturbs in home
environment.

 As it's good concept of work from home, But still it should be partially like 2 days working and remaining 3 days
from home.

 As it will be helping to get in touch with our friends and spending some time outside.

 As I am happy with work from home. As it's saves my time and can spend a quality time with our family.

 Increase internet connectivity, activity should take to boost employees health and mood.
