Introduction

Organized Stalking
In this post I explain the (entire) 'gang stalking' program, the technical aspects, how and
why this program has taken shape, and the outcome(s) and ramifications of the program.
Along the way I confirm previous assertions I made of '(Eugene) The Machine' through
expert testimony as exclaimed and outlined in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical
Capabilities, and Silent Noise Sequences.' Giving nuance, I show how the program/system
being discussed here applies to my personal story.

To be completely clear, this is pioneering research. Although there are experts, doctors, and
scientists in the field studying and divulging information (usually after most became
targeted individuals themselves), no one has compiled an over-arching outline of the 'gang-
stalking' program as you will come to understand here. No one (who has survived or had a
loud enough voice to expose it's existence) has identified 'The Machine' that most-likely
exists to automate the online/media side of the MOGS (Machine Organized Gang Stalking)
program (either).

In it I give an overall view of the MOGS (Machine Organized Gang Stalking) program and
point here for a more thorough examination. To better assist the reader throughout this
long description, explanation, and analysis there is an index below outlining the contents of

Conclusion

Note(s): Throughout this writing organized-stalking and gang-stalking are to be

used interchangeably.

As a visual introduction it might be helpful for the reader to watch the 'Proof of Mind
Control' series which also has an associated blog post. They are composed of short clips
from larger expert testimony which can be found in the description of each video.

The Machine in the (Subconcious) Mind of Gang Stalking Targeted Individuals is used quite
frequently as a reference. Although it has been started, the writing is not finished yet. It will
remain bolded throughout this post for when it is finished in order to more easily exchange
it with the link.

The Machine

In this blog post I outline, explain, and divulge the the logical necessity of a
machine/computer due to the sheer amount of data that must be categorized, utilized, and
used to continuously follow, track, and attack individuals at such a wide scale (as discussed
in the 'Environmental Manipulation' sections below). The fact their are so many victims that
would need to be attacked/manipulated simultaneously (in parallel) with a high degree of
accuracy and precision, along with the response time of the stalking being too fast to be
human, stands to reason that the use or existence of a machine is highly probable as a
logical necessity. As this writing progresses 'The Machine's' existence will be talked about as
a matter of probability until it becomes clear it has to exist by logical necessity (as discussed
in the 'MACRO Environmental Manipulation' section below).

With the information outlined and explained here the attacks on targeted individuals (TIs)
are no longer a question of an isolated incident and definitely not an internal mental illness.
These complaints from (myself and) innumerable individuals is an (American)
epidemic. One of the original posts from this blog is 'The Machine - Strategic Operations,
Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise Sequences;' in it I reverse engineered the Machine's
tactics based on speculation, anecdotal evidence, and experience. Many of the predictions
of functionality have not only been verified through TI testimony but are confirmed here
through capability as explained in the Mind Control Patents post, expert and doctor analysis
and scientists that worked on the technology.

Before delving into the topic of gang-stalking I knew nothing of the legitimate psychotronic
technologies that will be discussed in this writing. Along the way I will point out where my
assumptions in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences were right and insight my personal (anecdotal) evidence. You can also always
read the (unchanged) original work for yourself.

My Persecution

When I started writing this I didn't think it would be so long or involve as many references
and explanations of my own political persecution as it does. The fact that this situation and
my persecution has gotten this far is absolutely atrocious and speaks volume about, not
only the government, but the American people, the American public, and big business. To
be clear, I don't deserve this and it will not be tolerated!

I will be aggressively pushing for (war and) governmental compensation until this situation
and my persecution is recognized, I have been compensated, allowed to live with the
proper financial support, and legal proceedings commenced (which is for the benefit of
America as well, as you will read in the "Holocaust' and 'Legal Proceedings' sections below).
As you will find through this reading I am beyond furious, for good reason, and have every
right and authority to act with hostility against the government for their egregious offenses
against my life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, health, economic vitality, and well-being! You
should take this seriously because I will be, and have been, taking this seriously enough for
everyone!

The Government Conspiracy

Although the operation/program/system in question that is being divulged here is most

widely referred to as 'gang-stalking,' in reality (as you will come to read and learn) it is really
a mind-control torture program for the experimentation of directed energy weapons. It is
my contention that this system is (also or then) automated through a machine and can
mimic or has access to many of the physical attributes of directed energy weapons through
mental manipulation or other various techniques.

Although research of national archives will be required to confirm the expert testimony
outlined here, it is my contention the 'gang-stalking' program was created as a nazi
experimentation program. Born from World War II Project Paperclip, America hired and
inducted nazi scientists into the American government and economic system and within a
few years started MKUltra. (Illegally) Funded without congressional approval or the consent
of the the experiment's victims Project MKUltra, funded by the CIA, was a mind erasing
program (termed de-patterning) and reprograming experiment that lasted until the 70s as
outlined in the clip in this link.

Dr. Barrie Trower is an expert in microwave technology (and warfare) who used to collect
information secretly from spies. His expert opinion(s) will be used in clips and quotes
throughout the duration of this writing. In this clip, Dr. Barrie Trower talks about how the
human experimentation program (now known as gang-stalking) developed and came from
Project Paperclip! MKUltra's origins from Project Paperclip is confirmed in the report
above. The gang-stalking experimentation torture program being discussed here was
(basically) given new names and budgets (after MKUltra was dissolved) and unleashed upon
the American people (as Dr. John Hall [who will be introduced below] states in this
clip). Not only does this 'gang-stalking' program have a long history of tortuous human
experimentation leading up to it but it's origins would explain the ideological
contamination, sociopathic scientific philosophy, and covert nature of the gang-stalking
program from (the) induction (of Project Paperclip) until today.

Regardless of the existence of a machine, it is abundantly clear there is a program of human

experimentation, mental manipulation, and torture being pursued upon the American
public (with tens to hundreds of thousands of victims). This section is called "The
Government Conspiracy" because that assertion couldn't be more obviously true. Through
out this writing and that of 'The Machine in the (Subconcious) Mind of Gang Stalking
Targeted Individuals' one of the main complaints of TIs is that the American public is
holistically and overwhelmingly ignorant of this problem.

Besides the lack of legitimate discussion, media attention, or governmental recognition the
mental health care profession is used to directly oppress targets which will be discussed in
detail in 'The Mental Healthcare Profession' section below. Governmental ignorance about
this 'gang-stalking' program cannot be believed or tolerated. Not only was their a
presidential commission to address victims of the 'gang-stalking' program (in the clip above)
but President Bill Clinton recognized this problem (in the clip below), made an apology, and
created an executive order to combat the program's oppression. Still, the 'gang-stalking'
program continues out-of-control without being appropriately addressed! (I also discuss

The Gang-Stalking Program

The Ease of Initiation

Being inducted into the 'gang-stalking' program is actually quite easy. The "Attorney
General Guideline" and "FBI Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide (DIOG) 2001"
has allowed the FBI/DOJ to be able to investigate individual's silently without charging them
with a crime for political beliefs! This is discussed in detail in the video below. It is my
suspicion that this initiation program, or something similar, starts with a brach of the
intelligence community investigating a suspected political dissident and leads to
persecution by 'The Machine,' or some derivation of that scenario (further research needed
for determination).

The DIOG allows the FBI/DOJ to tap your living space(s) (as discussed in the video above)
and are "very intrusive with no factual basis. "Predatory practices include "mailing
anonymous letters to your boss to get you fired" and "mailing information to your spouse
to cause matrimonial disharmony" can occur. All of which has occurred to me, in some
form, in my personal persecution.

I have claimed, consistently and overwhelmingly, that my economic condition has been
continually destroyed, along with business opportunities and relationships. Consistent with
my detention by U.S. authorities that both antagonized me into entrapment and detain me
through false claims (which will be talked about later) my academic work on the
government/military's manipulation of America's perception of war since Vietnam
(discussed below), my Occupy Wall Street protests and documentation, or my blogs could
have easily made me a target! (See the 'Professional Digression: Expert Author, Academic
Achievement, and other Points of Authority' section below for more details and
credentials.)

Targeted Individuals

Victims of 'gang-stalking' are called TI's meaning Targeted Individuals. Personally (as part of
my 'Machine' hypothesis) I believe there is a combination of tactics to pursue individuals
based on various attributes like socio-economic status, level of education, etc. (further
research is needed). Some individuals are simply pursued (heavily) by the machine--like
myself, youtuber Bonnie and youtuber Toi Toi--others are stalked through (satellites of) the
intelligence agencies (who may or may not know about 'The Machine's' existence), or a
combination of the two.

One thing is for sure, it is understood by all (especially the experts) that 'gang-stalking' is a
psychological mind game and operation for psychological warfare. (It is part of my
hypothesis that) ...the combination of techniques discussed in the last paragraph are
literally an experimentation program (that succeeded MKUltra) to test directed energy
weapons in order to implement a larger, future mass mind-control program which is an
assertion universally supported by the experts as discussed below in the 'Holocaust'
section. One of the tactics is to train victims/TIs learned helplessness which can cause
depression and mental illness.

(44:42) "The breaking and entering, the stalking, (and) the taking apart of appliances is
psychological operations. ... (45:15) strictly to put you into a victim mind-state.

Demographics

The 'gang-stalking' program has been likened to that of COINTELPRO because of the FBI's
(seemingly) illegal surveillance activities along with silencing, what is clearly, the intelligent
and articulate. Although some (experts) claim that there is no discernible pattern and that
TIs are chosen at random, it is obvious through demographic analysis TIs are above-average
intelligence. The website 'Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance'
(freedomfchs.com) has done statistics on it's members and has determined the following:

(22:00) "76 percent are caucasian. ... 90% graduated high school, 50% have graduated
college... 14% have a masters or doctoral degree."

Most TIs are above the age 40 and high-functioning individuals (like doctors, lawyer, and
nurses) who one day start getting stalked. Often people remember the day that it started. It
is clear that TIs are more highly educated than the rest of the U.S. population. With that
said, another (contributing) factor is the ability to isolate the TI.

Isolation

(23:15) It's obvious this system goes after smart people with poor family structure systems
that are alone! "Out of this highly educated group; 60% are unemployed, they don't have
the finances to fight back with!"

One of the largest tactics of ('The Machine' and/or) 'gang-stalking' is economic exploitation
which--along with a mental illness stigma and no proper help (which will be discussed
below)--is done to prevent TIs from obtaining legitimate justice.

(21:37) "84% of these people are single, divorced, or separated. 40% never married.
Individuals are easy targets... they live by themselves. It's easy to isolate them. They have
poor support systems; not a lot of family around, not a lot of friends.

Once you start dealing with this stuff, you got less friends hanging around... because they
all think your nuts!"

This isolation tactic is most obvious in it's prevalence in major metropolitan cities.

(24:04) "New York #1 (22%), California #2 (16%), Florida #3 (6%) Texas #4 (5%)"

Numbers don't lie! With what has just been described through the quoted demographic
data above and what you will learn about the horrific 'gang-stalking' program below; it is no
wonder that T.I.s "slip through the cracks" of society without recognition, economic
achievement, or social support. News coverage is sparse, condemning, investigations
unheard-of, and legal representation unaffordable if TIs even understand the situation or
have the were-with-all to sue (which is intentionally designed as you will read below). Most
TI's feel helpless or don't understand the circumstances in which they are enthralled
(which, again, is designed into the program, as you will read below).

It is obvious from the plight of TIs (some of whom talk about being targeted for
decades), once you are in the gang-stalking program (whether it is 'The Machine' or not)
you are there for life! Besides the victims described in the ones from the presidential forum
(video) above, the video (immediately) below was created in association with the 'Freedom
from Covert Harassment and Surveillance' website and exemplifies the my point.

The Stalker(s)

Here is where the main differentiation between gang-stalking and 'The Machine' become
apparent. Dr. John Hall is an expert in mind control technology and the author of A New
Breed - Satellite Terrorism in America. He has worked on the organized-stalking phenomena
extensively and is a TI himself. In his book, Dr. Hall talks about TIs (70% of which are female
[21:05]) who were being stalked by physical people. The assailants are usually out-
sourced by intelligence agencies or "people with an axe to grind" (e.g. corporate
espionage). One repeated instance Dr. Hall talks about is--in the news report below--about
a woman who was being raped after the assailants used a mind control device (as discussed
below) to get her to eat food in her house that was poisoned with the 'date-rape' drug
rohypnol.

Again, some victims could be getting stalked by this gang-stalking program while others are
being targeted by 'The Machine.' It could be a combination of both (and probably is). Dr.
John Hall believes so strongly there is a gang-stalking organization that there must be a
training handbook. As he explains in one interview, (46:43) "If you break it down to the
methods of attack it's basically the same in just about every case." However, it is my
suspicion that it starts with real people and continues with 'The Machine' as discussed in
the 'Micro Environmental Manipulation: Street Theater' section below.

(38:33) Usually attacks take place behind a computer screen and attacks are physiologically
specific. Although there are advocacy groups it is unlikely to be civilians. It is most-likely
contracted groups, firms, or organizations that have had experience in the intelligence
industry.

Psychotronics

Directed Energy Weapons

(27:25) "90% of people complain of organized stalking. (27:35) 85% complain of directed
energy weapon assaults..."

Here is where we will delve into the technical aspects of directed energy weapons so that
the reader can understand the physicality (like in the video below), and then the how and
why of mind control that is being experimented upon domestic citizens (like the one in the
video above). (It is my suspicion that 'The Machine' can use some of these capabilities,
mimic others and synthetically create them through psychological manipulation--further
research is needed.)
First of all, physical attacks on the individual are possible through microwaves and
millimeter weapons. As Dr. John Hall puts it:

(39:30) "...with x-ray imaging physiological attacks can be very easy. You can direct the
directed energy weapons at (various specific body parts like) eyes, jaw, and genitals. Most
of the pain you experience from direct energy attacks is from the nerve endings... (on) the
covering of the bone." Another way you can tell is "muscle twitching that is very rhythmical.
You can tell the pulse is coming from the outside."

This confirms my suspicion(s) in 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities,

and Silent Noise Sequences' in that 'The Machine' was causing me to have a form of muscle
atrophy through "silent noise sequences." Thomas Marshall, another researcher explains:

(2:48) "The target experiences physical attacks on their body." Microwave weapons are
used. These electronic weapons track and attack the TI (targeted individual) with
microwave frequencies... "that can deliver shocks, burns, stabs to their physical bodies in a
continuous manor or perhaps every few minutes. Their body experiences internal heating
and burns, sleep disruption, (or) sleep deprivation" to slowly break them down.

You can see a large microwave weapon in use for military purposes in the clip above (like
that you see in the picture above that). Although these types of weapons would be easiest
to get if you were involved in the government like the military or one of the intelligence
agencies, you can easily buy certain types of directed energy weapons on the open market.
For example shomer-tec.com is a law enforcement and military website that sells a device
called "sonic nausea" which, after turning it on for a few minutes, will "cause headaches,
intense irritation, sweating, imbalance, and nausea." (18:00) A more intense version is the
"sonic assault" which the website boasts can cause "substantial capability to disrupt and
disperse speeches, demonstrations, (and) crowd dynamics."

V2K (Voice to Skull) Technology

(4:48) "There's been a lot of research about how to put voices into ones' head. It was found
long ago that if you can put a voice in to someone's head, you can do several things: If I put
a voice in your head that's foreign to your normal thought pattern... that becomes
harassment... if I put a voice in your head that's in your voice... like... when you read... that
becomes a thought and you'll act on those thoughts..." - Dr. John Hall

As the history channel explains in this documentary, you can control someones mind by
burying subliminal messages in microwaves and beam them into a person's head. The
technology is called V2K which stands for 'voice to skull." ELF (extremely low frequency)
waves are also used as discussed in this short documentary. The technology to put voices
into your head is not only old (dating back to the 1960s), but works extremely well.

(3:45) "Dr. José Delgado perfected the use of a brain to computer to brain feedback loop so
that he was able to give a continuous stimulus and response type-signal to his patients. This
is exactly what is used to attack the target."

Hearing Voices in You Head

As Dr. Barrie Trower explains in the video above their are many kinds of voices that can be
placed into an individual's head such as God, the devil, or an angel. The military uses these
on enemy combatants and are called "voice-of-god weapons." (6:00) As Dr. John Hall
describes, the U.S. military got the enemy to surrender in Operation Iraqi Freedom by
putting the voice of Allah in the enemy's head(s); which told them to disassemble their
weapons and submit.

The government has (proudly) admitted this feat that stands as a historic example of not
only the technological existence of this mind control weapon/technology but it's
effectiveness on humans. What is more revealing and troubling is how the same
techniques, that must be coming from the same technology source, are being used on (a
large subset of) domestic citizens.

(21:26) "There's a group of gay men in palm springs their, all hearing the same voice, the
voice of a lady named Lisa. At the same time their being persecuted by her verbally, their
being attacked with directed energy weapons, burns on the skin, twitching, heart
palpitations, head-aches, blurred vision. It's very noticeably coming from the out-side. The
chances of all these people all hearing the same voice, that's not schizophrenia, that
experimentation..."
As shown earlier in demographics, California has a large problem with this (government)
organized-stalking program. And it is common for the victims to have the voices of the
perpetrators in their head while their being attacked. The video below is a news report
from the quote above about the victims of Palm Springs/Coachella Valley.

It is important to notice a number of factors here. First, the news report says nothing about
the use of directed energy weapons being used to physically assault the victims, although it
is discussed in Dr. John Hall's interview (which is where the quote comes from--click the
timed annotation for the interview). Second, the plights of the hundreds of victims--a fact
they marginalize in the beginning of the report (rather then highlight)--dismisses the
psychiatrists plights of delusions; which you will come to see is a tactic used to dismiss
these claims. Third, the news report fails to mention that they are all hearing the same
voice.

In the middle of the report the website/organization where I got the demographic data
(freedomfchs.com) is presented. The thing that really gets me is, whether they know it or
not, this news report is using a certain serial positioning effect specifically the 'recency
effect' where individuals are most likely to remember the last thing they hear (about the
report); meaning, how the victims are delusional. This is no more evident then towards the
end at the transition between the victim (Kevin) and the psychologist (3:20). Right before
the psychologist speaks one of the victim's says "this crime has been available to the
military for sixty years." Immediately after, the psychologist states "their is no scientific
evidence, there is no objective evidence to show that what they believe to be happening is
factually true." The psychologist then goes on to purpose these individuals have some sort
of delusional disorders.

It's also worth noting that one of the victims was given schizophrenia medications with no
effect. A handful to hundreds of victims claiming their hearing the same external voice in
their head is not schizophrenia or delusional disorder, it's an orchestrated cover-up. This is
another example confirming the existence of the government conspiracy that was talked
about earlier and will be further illuminated in this writing below (about the mental health
profession being used as a tool to deny the existence of psychotronic weapons and label
citizens as crazy). At the very least, the technological aspects just discussed shows clear
forms of mind control. However this falls short of the ultimate mind control paradigm that
has been created in America that you will see as further tactics are discussed below.

Causing Mental Illness

As Dr. John Hall explains in his book "Guinea Pigs," EEG
(electroencephalogram) heterodyning is how the whole thing works. A traditional EEG by
a neurologist is an archaic form of brain monitoring, there are much better forms of
monitoring through the government. Everyone's EEG is different, it's kind of like your finger
print, and those in the industry call it "brain fingerprinting" because it is different from one
individual to another.

What happens is that the brain can be bombard with two dissimilar frequencies.
One hemisphere (of the brain) entrains one frequency and the other hemisphere entrains
the other frequency. They compete with each other and cause an interference frequency.
The EEG can be received and decoded out of that interference frequency.

What you do is you take that person's EEG and you heterodyne it, or you encode it with the
correct rhythms that will cause whatever the desired emotion is that your wanting to cause
and then you transmit it back to that person. This will entrain that person's brain through
the modified EEG until it starts activating in the TIs brain which will then start exhibiting the
desired symptoms. There are certain rhythms or wave forms you can give to an individual's
EGG that will cause agitation, schizophrenic-type symptoms, depression, anger, or rage.

Here is where the government conspiracy starts to take a more serious and real twist. The
fact is that directed energy weapons (as described above) that can cause mental illness are
a classified technology and only available through, and to, governmental outlets.

Dr. Trower explains another way to cause mental illness:

(6:46) "If you want to cause a specific psychiatric illness you would have a inferred device
and you would link it to a pencil-thin microwave source so the microwave beam would
target a specific gland or specific part of the brain or an eye or a heart."

Dr John Hall recognizes the existence of schizophrenia (14:40), however he studies and
knows first-hand the experience of organized-stalking, mind control technologies, and the
malfeasance of the mental-health care discipline which (does not recognize these all-to-
often occurrences and) are (knowingly or unknowingly often) in cahoots with the
authorities to entrap TIs (as discussed below). By targeting the individual you can cause
them to have or appear to have (a mental illness like) schizophrenia (and then entrap them
by the police) as Dr. John Hall discusses in this quote:

(50:50) "We have anecdotal evidence to suggest that when you are attacked by this,
dopamine levels actually increase in the brain when your initially attacked. Increased
dopamine will give a schizophrenic type of appearance. ... All the drugs we treat
schizophrenia with lower dopamine levels." (53:02) "That almost has to be what's causing
the initial appearance of some of these victims and every single one of them I talked to, in
their initial attacks, has that paranoid schizophrenic look in their eye and I think it's a result
of increased dopamine."

Schizophrenia usually happens in mid to early twenties while most gang-stalking victims are
in their 40s; most remember the day it started occurring. "You don't see (schizophrenia) in
high functioning, highly educated individuals who all of a sudden turn 40 years old, and
acutely became schizophrenic over night." (17:28) It is important to mention that
"schizophrenia does respond to treatment..." However, like with the gentleman from in the
Palm Springs/Coachella Valley report above, the schizophrenia medication never worked
because it's an external entity using directed energy weapons and not an internal mental
illness. Many victims of directed energy weapons are well aware they are being attacked,
injured, and manipulated. The clip below is another report of "hundreds of (self-proclaimed)
mind control victims" who know they are being attacked both mentally and physically
(correctly) assuming it's the government.

As Dr. Hall points out, psychotropic medications do not stop the external influence of these
(government) gang-stalkers/'The Machine.' In terms of my personal story and how I knew
this type of thing was happening before I knew all this information, I would tell people:
"Going to a mental institution or taking psychotropic medications will not change the fact
that there is an external entity exerting force upon my life!"

(4:48) "If I put a voice in your head that's foreign to your normal thought pattern... that
becomes harassment and the harassment over time makes you display signs of
schizophrenia. When you go and tell people that you are hearing voices we (have a
psychiatric) turn-key (system to) see that is schizophrenia and not even look to see if there
is a legitimate source for it." - Dr. John Hall

The Mental Healthcare Profession

To put it simply and succinctly the mental health care profession does not recognize the
existence or use of mind control technologies to communicate with individuals (i.e. their
patients) from external sources using directed energy weapons. This is due to the fact that,
as Dr. John Hall states, their is a "turn-key" schizophrenia (sometime delusional disorder)
diagnosis for those that claim they are "hearing voices."

(26:15) "I went back and looked through one of my psychiatric handbooks of Goodman and
Goose from like 1993, from my two month psychiatry rotation that I did... right in there,
almost word for word it says: 'If your complaining about being stalked, of the government
sending voices into your head--it's almost as if somebody read the script out of there--that
your delusional or schizophrenic'" - Dr. Terry Robertson
This again is where the government conspiracy/cover-up--through historical precedence--
becomes obvious. Mind control technologies have been around since the 60s (as discussed
earlier). The microwave technology for mind control has been in existence for at least two
decades. How is it that the mental health profession has omitted the existence of these
technologies as an explanation for dismissal of schizophrenia? Here's how:

(31:46) "At the top of the psychiatric chain, Canadian... and American psychiatric
association, they know very well of these weapons. Their the ones to started a lot of the MK
Ultra programs that have advanced to where we're at now. At the local level where your
maybe mandated to see a psychiatrist they are probably largely ignorant of the technology.
Unfortunately, no matter how much proof these victims put in from of psychiatrists their
not looking at anything..." - Dr. John Hall
This would explain why, although schizophrenia is extremely rare, the number of 'gang-
stalking' victims diagnosed with the mental illness is disproportionally and overwhelmingly
large! Psychological professionals are (more often then not) either unaware (thanks to the
'Media Blackout' [discussed below]) or uneducated about these mind control
technologies... or knowingly aware of these technologies and in cahoots/cooperation with
the pursuers. The clip below is from a former US Army Intelligence Officer advising TIs to
stay away from psychologists and psychiatrists because they are "complicit in these
operations."

The Coverup

As unbelievable as that sounds, this is also where it becomes obvious that the mental
health profession is being leveraged for the (pejorative) use of the government
experimentation program--being conducted by the military (and the intelligence agencies).
The following is a quote from Dr. John Hall and his communications with Cornel John
Alexander about a meeting discussing non-lethal weapons technology (a.k.a. directed
energy weapons).

(55:00) "One thing to share with you, I have been in correspondence with Cornel John
Alexander about this. He knew about the meeting, he actually sent me an email and said
'Well, I'm the progenitor of the non-lethal weapons technology (and) ... what your hearing
from these victims is disinformation, it's not happening, it's physically impossible." I said
"your more then invited to come and spread your version of the disinformation at the
meeting" and he emailed me back and said ... "the people that are in contact with you that
claim they are being attacked with directed energy tell them to run, not walk, to the
nearest mental institution."

Not only can you buy non-lethal weapon technologies online (as discussed above), but Dr.
Robert Duncan is a scientist that worked on the microwave mind-control technology who
admits he enabled the government the capability (click the link to see the video containing
his admission). This admission makes the existence of non-lethal weapons (i.e. directed
energy weapons) being used for mind control by the government undeniable.

In conjunction with the (Dr. John Hall) quote above, this proves that the American military
is not only willing to lie about the mere existence of these mind control technologies but is
lying, period. In this clip, Dr. Barrie Trower talks about how he has "it written down" that
the government is lying to prevent lawsuits and to make money--which gives a motive for
the cover-up/conspiracy. (This is being done because, as you will read below, the
government is using these technologies to torture.)

(23:49) "Years ago our government said to it's scientists, when it comes to microwaves, you
will only talk about things to do with heat and that is it. So they won't even discuss anything
else. They will deny anything that doesn't have anything to do with heat. They even deny...
all of their 40 years of research leading up to this. (24:20) Although they have said this can
cause cancer and all the damage, they say, no it can't, we're only looking at heat and heat is
all that matters."

To point out what should be obvious, the government's motive to lie by omission about
'only the capabilities of microwaves pertaining to heat' is because subliminal messages,
through the patterning of (micro)wave-lengths, is how the mind control works. This may be
why the directed energy weapons that are discussed by the military (with an Orwellian
twist) are called an "active-denial system." The irony is palpable.

What compounds the government conspiracy/cover-up even further is that the Cornel, who
is the progenitor of the technology in question, encourages victims/TIs being attacked to
commit themselves to a mental institution (that will condemn them with a mental illness so
that the government can manipulate and torture them with impunity, as you will read
below). The quote above exemplifies the techniques and tactics being used to conduct and
silence the human experimentation program known as gang-stalking for
this ironically named "active-denial system" (i.e. mind control technology).

A History of Human Experimentation

Besides the fact that mind control technologies exist and can only be made available by the
government because their classified is the conspiracy/cover-up of human experimentation
of directed energy weapons by the government, specifically that of MKUltra. First of all, the
United States has a long history of human experimentation, especially by the military. Even
before a nazi ideology, in the 1930s the American government infected and prevented the
treatment of blacks though the Tuskegee experiment(s). The continuation of their inability
to receive proper medical treatment was due to the fact they were poor, unable to afford
other medical care, and the care they were provided was the reason for their contraction
and continuation of the disease.

Project MKUltra
"This is an extension of MKUltra (which was) a bunch of sub-projects sponsored by the CIA
specifically to look for how to remotely control human beings through radio frequency,
through trama conditioning, through drugging, through behavioral conditioning, I mean
they didn't leave anything out. If you look at these sub-projects they covered every single
basis there is for remotely controlling a human being and they studied everything from
childhood behavior to elderly behavior." - Dr. John Hall

This Machine Organized Gang Stalking Program is an extension of MKUltra. A quick outline
of 'Project MKUltra' can be found in this clip. The Tuskegee experiment in the last
subheading above was also explained for it's similarity as well. The combination of both
best exemplifies the gang-stalking human experimentation program in that the government
gives the victim a mental illness and lies about the ailments while providing false care in
order to permanently entrap the subject(s) indefinitely.

(7:16) "They can cause insanity. ... One of the experiments (in MKUltra) was to take an
ordinary sane person, cause insanity, and have a psychiatrist who was unknown to
everybody diagnose schizophrenia or paranoia or psychiatric illness. That was a successful
outcome and the person would spend the rest of their life in an asylum, in misery, but to
the government scientist that was a success."- Dr. Barrie Trower

As Dr. Barrie Trower talks about in the above quote (from this clip), being trapped in the
experiment program and tortured for the rest of your life, although horrible, was a
desirable outcome and considered a success. This is similar to that of in 'gang-stalking' (as
discussed above) where psychologist/psychiatrists are complaisant (through omitted/false
education or intentional cooperation) to the permanent entrapment of TIs through a
"damning diagnosis." This is because, as with MKUltra, the permanent entrapment of TIs is
also the goal--which you will discover as you read by understanding how this is achieved.

The Goal: Entrapment

The difference between the current mind control experimentation program (i.e. organized
gang-stalking) and MKUltra is that the subjects/victims are no longer housed in a facility,
instead they are manipulated within the confounds of their social environment (called
"Street Theater" by expert Cheryl Welsh or what I call "Entertainment Theater," as argued
below). Although seemingly unbelievable (again), this contention is discussed in the
'Environmental Manipulation' section below and thoroughly examined in The Machine in
the (Subconcious) Mind of Gang Stalking Targeted Individuals. Contingent on the
verification of the aforementioned principles thus outlined (in this paragraph), this means
that the TI's social environment is manipulated to create entrapment along with other
various mechanisms that I argue is the 'Ultimate Mind Control Paradigm' (as you will
discover below). Through this (environmental manipulation) utility (i.e. 'The Machine') the
TIs are prevented from leaving the 'gang-stalking' program by the delineation of social
ties/relationships (usually due to the stigma of mental illness) and social mechanisms (e.g.
the mental health profession) leading to their (further) isolation and the (direct or indirect)
suppression of their economic condition which, in combination, prevents legitimate justice-
-as preliminarily described in 'The Gang-Stalking Conspiracy Defined' section below.

(23:15) It's obvious this system goes after smart people with poor family structure systems
that are alone! "Out of this highly educated group; 60% are unemployed... they don't have
the finances to fight back with!"

Little Known Fact: The Media Blackout

Over the last century, around the global, other countries have found themselves the victims
of U.S. experimental programs as outlined here. Although major news syndications have
not recognized this directed energy experimentation program (yet), even NBC recognizes
the ugly past of U.S. Experiments and the "attitude similar to (that of) Nazi experiments."

(2:30) "Mind control technology is one of the most common crimes, at least vocalize or
complained about on the internet today. It seems to be getting the least amount of
coverage in the major media."

One of the largest problems with this gang-stalking mind control government (torture)
experimentation program is that that there is no public awareness. It is wholly absent from
prime-time major news syndications. This effectively constrains public discussion of the
topic so there is little to no awareness, let alone understanding or backlash! Although mind
control technologies are undeniably in existence, have been for decades, and have very
real, measurable, and detrimental effects on all of society, mind-control is seen as a sort of
cometic fiction to be laughed-off (as in the movie Batman Forever) when the opposite
couldn't be more true! The existence of mind-control or mind reading is openly mocked
when the reality of the situation is such that these technologies are so dangerous because
of little to no public awareness.

Police Protocol

What compounds and exacerbates the situation further is that the police, who must be (for
the most part) ignorant of these programs, are the stewards of the gang-stalking mind
control government (torture) experimentation program and it's entrapment. Here is how
the prototypical situation unfolds: One day a citizen starts hearing voices in their head and
starts feeling like they are being attacked physically with no one there. They are scared,
confused, disoriented, in pain, and for the most part, terrified. They start to think one of
two things "I must be going crazy" or (because there is often a back-and-forth conversation
that develops between the stalker and the TI, they think) "my neighbors or the government
is harassing me!" (I think there is a combination of techniques pursued [e.g. making them
think their crazy, it's the government, or it's their neighbors] depending on the individual's
psychological profile and the desired agenda/outcome. I call it an experimentation program
for a reason. Further research is needed to make a definitive conjecture.)

The scared, confused, easily manipulated individuals goes into the police department for
help, or is tormented into doing something that gets the attention of the police, which
results in them having to explain the circumstances. So, the nice police officer(s) take the
situation seriously and look into who is doing the stalking and electronic harassment, right?
Wrong! As the clip below explains... The police manual states (to basically) not to take these
people seriously and to involuntarily commit them; the code for which is call a 51 / 50.

(37:00) Dr. John Hall talks about how if you are a TI you do not want to report your V2K
harassment to the police! Although the existence of mind control technology (i.e. directed
energy weapons) is undeniable, we know the government is lying about the existence of it's
uses, and it's clear mental health care professionals are directly (involved) or indirectly
(unaware of) condemning people for being attacked by non-lethal weapons, (37:30) officers
at the police department will probably order you an involuntary mental evaluation because
the aforementioned is unknown to police, police protocol, and public ignorance (thanks to
the 'Media Blackout'). It is clear that this entrapment is intentional, part of the gang-
stalking program, and used as a(nother) punishment to silence TIs. These psychological
institutions are used as a sort of prison as explained by an undercover journalist who
infiltrated a psych ward to catalog mental patient's treatment in this news reporting.
(24:34) "Here's who's not helping. One of the things... ask(ed) is 'Have you ever went to the
police, the FBI, or state representative?" 60% reported to police, 45% to the FBI, 45% to
their state representative. Less then 10% said 'I will actually help you!' How many of them
referred them for a psychological evaluation? ... FBI and state representatives: 12% - 15%
Local law enforcement: 42% ; you basically have a 50/50 shot of being involuntarily
committed if you go into the cops."

Again, as with the mental health care professionals, police officers are often indirectly
complaisant of the gang-stalking program due to ignorance (through training) or direct
involvement of the gang-stalking mind control government (torture) experimentation
(entrapment) program. The fact is this would not be a problem if their was public
awareness, which would therefor inform the police and force them to change their
protocols and procedures. However, in combination of the suppression of this information,
the police are trained to involuntarily commit (often [understandably] hysterical)
individuals with claims of being attacked and hearing voices that genuinely need help!

FBI Protocol

As shown in the above quote "less then 10% said 'I will actually help you!" Although this
writing is composed only of opinions and assertions by experts, scientists, and doctors--to
present a credible and verifiable resource so that I can paint an accurate picture of the
overall gang-stalking (government) experimentation program--it is worth mentioning that
it's obvious through the following witness testimony what the FBI's protocol in dealing with
these complaints are.
In this video by youtuber LadyChristian Targeted she records herself calling the FBI and
reporting that she is being gang-stalked. After asking for her name and address the FBI
representative says "we'll document it" and then hang's up. This clearly shows the protocol
in handling these complaints because she calls multiple agencies and receives the same
response. Secondly, she uses a false name and refuses to give her address because she
knows if she gives them that information they will try to make her look crazy by getting her
involuntarily committed at a mental institution--which is why she is intentionally also very
careful with her words.

(It's worth pointing out that not only is LadyChristian Targeted claiming she is being stalked
in many places around the world but she knows it's the military (and/or the intelligence
agencies as admitted in the beginning of the video). The university she used to attend
(which seems to be residual backlash by 'The Machine' [i.e. experimentation]) again
exemplifies the demographics of TIs being targeted for their intelligence.

Economic Suppression

At this point the reader should realize that the gang-stalking mind control government
experimentation program as described and discussed so far is designed to leave the TI
helpless. In many cases, and in a very real way, you can't trust the help of law enforcement
or the mental health care establishment(s). Without societal support the TI is then forced to
depend on the help of family and friends but (as discussed in the 'Isolation' section above
and will be shown in the 'Environmental Manipulation' section below) the program also
attacks social relationships often rendering the individual isolated and forced to deal with
the situation by him or herself.

To (further) prevent legitimate justice, which costs a considerable amount of money while
the system is designed for anonymity, meaning you don't know who is attacking you, the
economic condition of TIs are manipulated and suppressed. (As discussed in the 'Isolation'
section above) "60% (of TIs) are unemployed, they don't have the finances to fight back
with!" Consistent with identifying psychological epithets, the goal here is to keep the TI as
low as possible on 'Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs' chart as illustrated to the right.

This is exactly what the (government) experimenters/perpetrators want: entrap the

individual, stigmatize the TI so others dismiss them by labeling them as crazy (effectively
destroying social support), and (then) destroy economic conditions--rendering him/her
unable to afford legitimate justice or any other forms of help. This allows the perpetrators
to act with impunity as the victim becomes an experiment, their lives delineate in a
downward spiral, they gradually become more isolated, and their economic vitality
diminishes. (More instances and techniques for economic suppress and it's societal effects
are described in the 'Civic Duty' section below.)

The Gang-Stalking Conspiracy Defined

The protocol for this human experimentation program as explained thus far is (therefor) as
follows: Attack the victim with directed energy weapons causing (synthetically created)
mental illness, drive the TI into police custody which--due to (public ignorance and) police
protocol--will land them in a mental institution where the TI is given a condemning
diagnosis (possibly micro chipped [as you will read below]) and then released so that the
perpetrator(s whether human, machine, or a combination of both) can pursue the victim
with impunity.

Although this seems outlandishly and egregiously inhuman (because it is) the oppression
becomes much, much worse. The severity of this gang-stalking mind control government
experimentation program will be discussed and continued in the 'Torture' section below.
However, before being able to understand the gravity of the terror TIs experience, it is
necessary to explain some of the tactics and more technical aspects.

The Ultimate Mind Control Paradigm

Microchipping: Medical Involvement

It is obvious that, at some level, the medical community (i.e. the [regular] health care
institution[s]) are (or have been) involved in this government mind control experimentation
program because their are TIs who have been microchipped! As you can view in this clip
(created by icaact.org), which does a radio frequency scan for the existence of microchip(s),
there are many TIs who have microchip implants. "30-40% are coming up positive emitting
a radio frequency admission."

This type of intrusion, being microchipped without consent, is argued as a form of rape in
the video above. It is a serious human and civil rights violation of free(dom of) expression
that results, again, (as argued in the video above) in the suppression of due process. In the
video Jesse Beltran talks about how a military veteran discloses the government's use of
microchips and how they were used in the Iraq war. POWs were captured, microchipped
(i.e. injected with an RFID device) and (then) released or allowed to escape; to be used for
reconnaissance information.

Again, as discussed above pertaining to V2K being used on Iraqis and then showing how the
same technology is being used on citizens (like in the Palm Springs/Coachella valley report),
microchipping is also being applied domestically. It can safely be assumed that the same
scenario is happening to TIs. They are entrapped by the police in some way, committed to a
mental institution, microchipped, and then later released.

Anecdotal Evidence: My Personal Experience

In my own personal story, I have been suspicious of a micro chip in my body ever since the
Lady Gaga catfishing fiasco I experienced (as outlined and explained in the video[s] below,
originally published on April 15th 2013. As well as explained in 'Catfished, The Story' from
'The Problem Series.'). Through semantic priming and programing over the internet, mainly
facebook, and what I am now sure are these mind control technologies, I was manipulated
into chasing Lady Gaga. (To be clear, Lady Gaga is not to blame.) I was lead to believe/think
she was doing the online 'test of love' and if I went out to New York, she would help me
after signing a record deal (as explained in the video below).

To make an extremely long story short, I was committed to a mental institution by the
police after breaking no law. I was literally booking my train ticket home when there was a
knock at the door and six cops were waiting outside my friends apartment (consistent with
the goal of entrapment as just discussed). After being brought to St. Luke's hospital in New
York, New York and told I would have to stay, I accepted medication to "help me relax."
When I woke up I was in the bed in my hospital room and had moved from the first floor to
the fourth, completely unconscious.

As discussed in 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences' it is my suspicion I have been microchipped, specifically at the point just
discussed, during my move in the health care facility. The condemning diagnosis of the
mental health care facility was so powerful and troubling, that the fear of being
involuntarily committed again for having a strong conviction of being microchipped, is the
only reason I didn't just flat-out say "I've been microchipped," which is highly probable.
When I was at St. Luke's hospital the psychiatrists wanted to forcefully give me medication
through injection which is why I got a lawyer to get out of the mental institution. This,
again, illustrates the psychological warfare that is used to create conformity (and learned
helplessness) after entrapment (as outlined in the 'Torture' section below).

Consistent with the assertion that the tactic of giving a condemning diagnosis to TIs is so
the pursuers could act with impunity; the radio priming and programing after I was released
from the mental institution was terrible (as I talk about in the 'Under Surveillance' video
from 'The Problem Series)! Due to the context of the situation, how the entire Lady Gaga
chase made me look crazy, and I was given a mental illness diagnosis in New York, no one
would believe my plight of being stalked. Four years later this program has destroyed my
life so vehemently I have had to resort to the tactics in the 'Counter-Torture' section below
(I will make sure those who have pursued me will receive the deserved punishment(s) as
outlined!) I still have yet to receive a medical evaluation to see if I have been
microchipped...

Satellite Tracking

(6:08) "Technology exists to induce sound into the brain at a distance, monitor and alter
brain waves at a distance, alter behavior at a distance, induce images into the brain; can
target individual organs, can disrupt the calcium ions bonding on individual cell surfaces at
a distance creating pain an other effects."- Dr. Terry Robertson giving an expert quote

TIs are microchipped so that the government can effectively do their experimentation. The
current satellite technology not only allows access to the individual's location but the
pursuers can, depending on the type of chip, achieve physicochemical responses--through
electronic stimulation and pulsation--of the brain. This is explained by Dr. Barrie Trower in
this clip and is similar to that of in the movie Enemy of the State.

(35:44) "I do have contact within some government agencies. I talked to current FBI... and
CIA agents to verify the technology... They did basically let me know that yes we do now
have the technology... to see you indoors using x-ray imaging."
(This is speculation, further research is needed: (2:53) The President of Freedom From
Covert Harassment & Surveillance Derrick Robinson believes that the application of
microwaves [presumably without the need for a microchip] can be satellite delivered. Kevin
Bond [from the same Palm Springs/Coachella valley news report] believes the
neurotransmitter (micro)chips run off body electricity inserted into TIs which are assigned a
cellphone number that runs through a computer and then translates the individual's
thoughts. If you ask my opinion, this is probably true because the capabilities have already
been discussed, all that is lacking is an expert's statement, a scientist's admittance, or to
catch the government in a(nother) lie [and seems to be shown in the 'residual backlash' of
'The Machine.'])

Besides the admission of government mind control technology (that is being used to
torture) by ex-government scientists like Dr. Robert Duncan, and how the military is
obviously lying about the (use and especially) existence of directed energy weapons, this is
where it becomes obvious the government has to be the culprit, progenitor, and creator of
this gang-stalking mind control experimentation program because of the required access to
resources. The only reason to microchip anyone would be because you would have the
capabilities to track them. Simply put, who else would have, or be allowed the access to
resources as follows:

"(26:08) There are thousands of reconnaissance satellites that can track you and look
through the walls of your home. That is actually the cheapest way to do it and they are now
using solar powered blimps as well..." (43:40) "Satellites have the ability to be directed at
multiple individuals simultaneously. ...this is now happening in every single state." -Dr. John

Professional Digression: Expert Author, Academic Achievement, and other Points of

Authority

Philip G. Zimbardo is a famous psychologist responsible for the Stanford Prison Experiment
where he highlights The Power of the Situation, the summation and importance of which
can be found in the clip below. His work, and the work of his predecessors--like Stanley
Milgrim's Obedience to Authority experiment and Salomon Ash's Conformity experiment--is
the reason I have been able to see, identify, and explain the conditions of this gang-stalking
program and successfully reverse engineer the technical capabilities and tactics as
described in 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences' which is verified and vindicated here. Literally all the links in this paragraph are
authored by myself; with the exception of the last sentence--all the former of-which were
used to explain the last sentence--are from my psychosocialphilosopher blog.

This shows, again, that people who are inducted into the government's gang-stalking
program are above average intelligence. Indeed that is why they are being gang-stalked. To
further give perspective, as you will read below (and as discussed in detail in 'The Machine
in the (Subconcious) Mind of Gang Stalking Targeted Individuals') I believe there are threat
levels to 'The Machine'/the gang-stalking program--as outlined in 'New Slavery: The
Machine's Threat Levels & Economic Exploitation.'

I was and became the highest (of) threat levels. However, I hope to return to my studies
and have this help me to be accepted to a (major) collegiate institution to study
environmental sociology, as I originally intended before I was inducted into this
governmental gang-stalking mind control torture program, to further my study in social
psychology, among other various related topics.

I am introducing Philip G. Zimbardo here, because not only do I consider myself the
protégé/predecessor of his work, but his book The Lucifer Effect: Understanding How Good
People Turn Evil and it's contents, among other quotes, will be used to explain the closing of
this writing. As you may have gathered from the last two paragraphs above, I am
(currently) an unrecognized expert in not only this gang-stalking program but social
psychology which is why I have been able to understand and explain this so well. I
graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in sociology, minor in
psychology.

I knew from the beginning, although grandiose, this was an external entity exerting force
upon my life through various technical aspects which is why I have kept an evidence log all
along (in two blogs [artist-obsession.blogspot.com and this blog
politicalpersecution.blogspot.com] and my YouTube channel]). Although it has taken me a
long time to fully understand this, mainly due to being thwarted, distracted, bamboozled,
and misdirected by the program; I now have a full and complete understanding of what I
have been experiencing for years verified by credible sources as presented here.

Micro Environmental Manipulation: Street Theater

The 'Microchipping' and 'Satellite Tracking' sections (above) confirms what I predicted and
described in 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences' about what must be some sort of tracking system! In a larger persecutive, the
current satellite (tracking) utility and capabilities in conjunction with the microchips allow
(what is most likely) 'The Machine' to actively manipulate the TIs social environment
producing what Cheryl Welsh calls "street theater" as outlined in the clip below.

Merely telling the truth about your experiences as a TI not only makes you look crazy--
because it's designed to--but the fact is most people can't handle (or help) what TIs are
going through. (27:35) "68% of people become estranged after this starts... from family and
friends, it furthers their isolation." This is also in large part from (perhaps a synthetically
created form of) gaslighting which is a "mental abuse in which information is twisted/spun,
selectively omitted to favor the abuser, or false information is presented with the intent of
making victims doubt their own memory, perception and sanity."

Although I see gaslighting a lot more online (especially on my YouTube channel) I have
experienced it with many family and friends that genuinely care about me. The
disappointing part is TIs must then push those caring loved ones away (in some aspect, if
not completely) to protect themselves from their "help" resulting in a visit to a mental
institution which could procure a mental illness diagnosis (which is what happened to me)
or them convincing (more of) your social network you are mentally ill, for example. In fact,
the circumstances are so dark that most TIs can't handle gang-stalking either--indeed, that
is part of the design (as you will read in the 'Torture' section below).
As defined in the Glossary section “street theater” is “the belief that a large group of people
are stalking and antagonizing you through negative and pejorative coordinated actions.”
The objective inquisitor has to ask the question: "How is this being accomplished?" Dr. John
Hall believes there is probably a training manual (as discussed in 'The Stalkers' section
above) for (hired) actors who are used to stalk TIs—which is a universally complained about
phenomenon.

The conditions created by this 'street theater' are complex to say the least. It involves the
belief that people in your social environment are (consciously and) deliberately posturing
negatively to intimidate and harass. The problem is that the number of victims are so
numerous that it would take a lot of money and resources to hire, train, and silence such
stalkers, especially to the degree in which all of them are claiming.

There are many aspects to street theater. There are ex-intelligence officers who are hired
to destroy TIs, there are those who are hired to stalk TIs (mainly in the inner cities), and
then there are the people who look to be posturing and intimidating but are really just
normal people. What I will be portraying and arguing here is that “street theater” is mainly
composed of individuals who are being manipulated by an automated system of mind
control (which I call 'Eugene The Machine') to make it look as though they are harassing the
target(ed individual) when they are really victims themselves being manipulated. The
psychological conditions that create this are complicated and will be explained further
throughout the writing.

To put it concisely, it is my contention that the elements of hired individuals to perpetrate,

harass, and stalk the TI act as an anchor (a.k.a. an associated psychological trigger) to other
normal unwitting individuals who have been primed (i.e. psychologically manipulated) to
make it look as though they are “in on the stalking” when they have really just been
manipulated by the MOGS Program (specifically 'Eugene The Machne') as well. To be clear,
“street theater” is a combination of real intelligence officers (whether in the TI's community
or behind a desk) and those hired to harass TIs (mainly in the large inner cities of major
metropolitan areas), but by-far-and-away it is individuals being manipulated by 'The
Machine!'

'The Machine' Hypothesis

Here is where my hypothesis that the stalking is being performed (mostly) by 'The Machine'
becomes more persuasive when considering the fact that most TIs believe that, what would
otherwise be normal people, are gang-stalkers. The fact is when you add up what is
happening in 'gang-stalking' and only consider the innumerable protagonists as hired
individuals, it doesn't make sense—especially when so many people complain of the
stalkers being their neighbor(s).

Being stalked by all your neighbors (for essentially no reason) becomes highly improbable,
which would explain why 'gang-stalking' looks like a mental illness, and why TIs claim "it is
so hard to prove." If you recall from earlier, gang-stalking is an extension of MKUltra which
was created by psychiatrists so that the conditions of gang-stalking would look like a mental
illness.

It could be intelligence officers behind a desk using mind control devices to manipulate the
behavior of individuals you encounter in real-time but the complexity of this makes it highly
improbable. Again, it would be easier to automate this through a machine that uses both
mind control technologies and semantic priming.

The mistake TIs make is thinking that those who appear to be stalking them are conscious
protagonists purposefully antagonizing them. Although admittedly odd behavior is
documented by many TIs, some of the claims of the TIs are outlandish. Many people believe
their entire neighborhood is looking in on them or purposefully posturing and
intimidating them. As directed energy weapons can cause mental illness, so is this "street
theater" more of an internal mental manipulation of TIs synthetically creating paranoia
than it is an external threat.

My theory is that 'The Machine' is tracking TIs, learning their social network, priming both
sides of the supposed conflict through either the mind control technologies (as discussed
above) and/or semantic priming and manipulating their social interactions. A rough outline
of this is established in the Interactions: Sequencing, Triggers, Pre-Programming; and
MACRO Manipulation post. Therewithin The Machine Gang Stalking Playlist can be found
which gives specific instances, does a more thorough examination, and psychological
analysis.

(It is worth mentioning many TIs complain of gang-stalkers who always have red accents
[like red shirts, hats, shoes, etc.]. This a subliminal indicator of 'The Machine' which
presents itself as a red computer eye--specifically "Hal' from 2001: A Space Odyssey and
"the auto-pilot" from Wall-E. This occurs due to what I call 'residual backlash' where 'The
Machine' exposes itself intentionally to deter your mind away from knowing, identifying, or
understanding it's existence. For more information and a detailed synopsis of this

Street Theater as a Mental Condition

It is my contention that the manipulation of both sides of "street theater" are to achieve
what is known as the Thomas Theorem. The basis of this is encapsulated in the following
sentence: "If (wo)men define situations as real, they are real in their consequences and the
interpretation of the situation causes the action." This simply means if you believe you are
being gang-stalked then that will become real as a consequence. Put it another way,
"whether there even is an objectively correct interpretation (of gang-stalking) is not
important for the purposes of (manipulating) individuals' behavior;" gang-stalking will
become real, especially in it's (desired) effects, if the TI is convince it is real!

Basically, gang-stalking is real because you think it's real (regardless of whether it is or not).
As discussed in the 'Targeted Individual's' section (above) the purpose of all this is to
change the TIs behavior by (merely) making them think they are victims. The combination
of two turn-of-phrase references exemplifies this best: 'All the world is a stage and you miss
100% of the shots you don't take' ...which is the synthetically created behavioral
manipulation that the gang-stalking program strives to achieve, especially in an economic
sphere.

Instead of the gang-stalkers being consciously aware of gang-stalking and intentional

harassing TIs it is my contention gang-stalkers are simply normal people being manipulated
through semantic priming or a combination of the discussed mind control technologies
above. This agitates TIs into thinking they are consciously and deliberately insulting them,
among other negative confrontations, when in fact, in conjunction with the (individual)
social environmental manipulation, the TIs are being manipulated as well. The end result is
a paranoid world-view that constrains the TI more due to the individual's (internal) mental
perspective then genuine external harassment. However, this is understandable
considering the circumstances as previously outlined in this paragraph because
the commencement of this perspective (probably) is initiated by legitimate external forms
of harassment at a high intensity. For an example, like an intelligence officer, perhaps a
hired actor, mind control technologies or the use of which used vicariously through
otherwise normal people at a high frequency to harass TIs. Similar to that of the 'Torture'
and the 'Bullying as explained below, after the initial traumatization, less intense forms
of harassment can be pursued to maintain what becomes the illusion of being gang-stalked.

As someone who has experienced this personally, it is very unnerving, feels and seems real,
hard to document, and even harder to describe. The only reason I have a different theory of
what is happening, about people being manipulated on both sides is because I have an
educational background and am (basically) an expert in social psychology which allows me
to understand, identify, and explain what is happening.

The Probability of a Machine

Although the manipulation of a TIs social environment would be easier with a microchip,
which allows for more effective tracking of the TI, a machine could quickly access and track
phones, their metadata, cars, and use facial recognition among other tactics (as discussed
in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise Sequences) to
track and manipulate individuals that will interact with the TI in the growing surveillance
state. This would allow for not only the manipulation of the TI but the tactical capabilities
to successfully manipulate their social environment by manipulating the people the TI
interacts (or will interact) with (regardless of the TI's relationship to the person they [will]
interact with). Read Interactions: Sequencing, Triggers, Pre-Programming; and MACRO
Manipulation for a further understanding.
(4:10) "Now they have it like out of Minority Report where you walk by, and because of
facebook, the billboard in Time Square, this has been out for years... knows who you are...
face scans, and then makes announcements to your name what your doing."

The fact is that not only experts (like Cheryl Welsh) but a great number of TIs complain of
"street theater" or some sort of equivalent. It is, for all extensive purposes, a universally
accepted phenomenon. Due to this, I purpose the basic question: In light of the presented
evidence, what is is more probable? There is a large-scale stalking operation occurring, or a
large-scale manipulation operation occurring? It is my professional opinion there is a large-
scale manipulation operation occurring!

The environmental manipulation as (just) described is occurring and similar to what the
experimenters did in MKUltra. However, instead of capturing the individual in a confined
space and manipulating their environment within the confounds of four walls, similar to
that of the Stanford Prison experiment, they do it in society through the confounds of social
mechanisms. Although unbelievable, and (admittedly) hard to do, this entire writing has
been to explain and show how that this is (most emphatically) true! Read the Mind Control
Patents' post to understand how this is possible (through capability).
MACRO Environmental Manipulation

It is my suspicion that, not only is there a machine that is systematizing gang-stalking but it can do it so well it can
sequence human behavior, in parallel, over large population sets. Even world-renowned psychologists like Philip
Zimbardo, as far as I know, have never spoke of the mind control technologies above or the semantic priming as
described in (the beginning of) The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent
Noise Sequences which is the necessary prerequisite to understanding how 'The Machine'
works at a macro level.

Semantic Priming is "the coagulation of words and images to give a subliminal but cohesive
thought into an individual's mind so when the person has the idea they think it's their
original conception when it was really supplanted into their mind--which is usually initiated
by a trigger" (as explained in the Glossary blog post). For a quick example and
understanding of both auditory and visual priming watch the 'Bike' and 'Marketers' Derren
Brown videos from the 'Mind Control through Semantic Priming' playlist above. The
capabilities of 'The Machine' are (most easily) understood by imaging that the techniques
as outlined above and in works like Noam Chomsky's Manufacturing Consent and PBS's
Persuaders have (again) simply been systematized.
I try to portray this as best I can in 'The Machine at Work/War: (Uber and Lyft) Priming
Across Los Angeles' where I show there was priming across the city to induct new Uber and
Lyft drivers to join with new black cars effectively flooding the market, lowering prices for a
driver like me. In conjunction with this, priming passengers to leave artificially low ratings
for drivers with a contrasting silver and black interior--the initiation of which was 'The
Machine' creating a technical problem. I try to show this was being done because silver and
black is the interior color of my car. To be clear, the tactic being pursued was to get me
fired from Uber due to a low rating. A statistical analysis of Uber's data could and should
prove conclusive in determining 'The Machine's' existence, involvement, and pejorative
manipulation of their business--by looking at the ratings of people who had cars with a
contrasting silver and black interior during that time period--contingent on that the
outlined tactical suspicion is correct, which is a large reason I documented the occurrence
as best I could.

A Machine by Logical Necessity

This (again) shows the necessity for pioneering research and why I have been doing my best
to illuminate 'The Machine' which I know exists with certainty. The problem is I have
absolutely no help, access to resources, funding, or a staff. I can barely live for that matter
thanks to the (undeniable parts of the) gang-stalking program! Without proof, as a
professional, I cannot pronounce 'The Machine's' existence as definite; which is why I have
been prevented from having access to the opportunity to prove it. However, I can say: "...it
is my professional opinion there is a machine that is systematizing (what closely resembles)
gang-stalking and probably what John F. Kennedy was referring to in this speech as
discussed in the beginning of 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and
Silent Noise Sequences.' 'The Machine' can manipulate 'the masses' sequencing behavior,
manufacturing consent at a large scale over large city population sets, the entire United
States, and most-likely the world."

The task to prove 'The Machine's' existence and tactics is overwhelming for any
scientist/research, let alone one who struggles for the mere resources to live! Not only
would I have to summarize works like Manufacturing Consent, BBC's The Century of Self,
and PBS's The Persuaders but I would have to find a method in which to measure and test
'The Machine's' existence--hence the reason for documenting The Machine at Work/War:
(Uber and Lyft) Priming Across Los Angeles).

One thing I can say for sure however, and I provide substantial probability of the Machine's
existence through capability, is the information and the patents that are outlined in the
Mind Control Patents post. In the post I argue that Eugene The Machine is a concerted
patent method/apparatus that uses the discussed capabilities (as described)
to achieve mind control through a type-of multi-platform multimedia environmental
manipulation that not only works on the individual but their entire social network and
people in their immediate geographic surrounding to create the condition known as "street
theater."
The fact is that all the evidence points to the existence of a machine (doing mass
manipulation) which also so happens to be the predicted desired outcome that all the
experts warn about--as you will read in the 'Holocaust' section below! Not only is 'The
Machine' the only way to appropriately explain what is occurring in the 'Micro
Environmental Manipulation: Street Theater' section (as discussed above) and definitely the
circumstances as explained in the 'Environmental Theater' section below but 'The
Machine' reveals itself in popular culture as discussed (briefly) in 'The Machine Hypothesis'
section, and as you will see in the 'Counter Torture' section below. Due to this, from here
forth the existence of a machine--(which is really a super-network computer) doing mass
manipulation of (various forms of) human behavior through (psychotronics and) semantic
priming over mass media outlets--will be assumed!

Entertainment Theater

The fact is all the gang-stalking materials as presented above are old, obvious, provable,
and a huge problem, but yet no one knows of it and the problem continues at large! 'The
Machine's' existence is even less known, understood, and an even larger problem.
Consistent with the theme that these mind control technologies came from Nazi Germany,
here, again, is another instance; "the big lie." "The big lie," is a propaganda technique
(coined by Hitler) and a mental condition were people will believe a big lie sooner then they
will believe a small one.

"It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not
believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even
though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will
still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation.
For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed
down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together
in the art of lying. —Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, vol. I, ch. X[1]

It is my theory directed energy weapons and semantic priming are used in conjunction to
make the the psychological operations of 'The Machine' extremely effective and (therefore,
very more) obvious contingent on the supposition you know what to look for (i.e. semantic
priming) and have experienced gang-stalking! The lack of understanding semantic priming
would explain why T.I.'s (from gang-stalking) have never identified a machine as I had
outlined in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences which is the fundamental basis (I start with) as a necessary prerequisite. There is
(effectively) a mental schism where TI's are aware of the (comparative) wealth of
information about 'gang stalking' and directed energy weapons but could never identify
'The Machine' because of (the lack of critical thinking about capabilities and) the omitted
knowledge of semantic priming (as exemplified in the video below originally posted on July
9th 2013).

I started with the semantic priming and not the directed energy weapons because the bulk
of my manipulation came from the semantic priming over major media systems. As
discussed (in the video above and) in the 'Anecdotal Evidence: My Personal Experience'
section (above), I originally thought Lady Gaga was stalking me over the internet and had a
group of people destroying my life over technological mechanisms because she wanted to
exploit me for my artistry and destroy my life for some reason. I realized she had to be
puppet after the culprit changed from Lady Gaga to Emma Watson (and then, most
recently, Taylor Swift) as (poorly) outlined in Which Witch: Emma Watson & Taylor Swift
Celebrity Manipulation by Eugene, The Machine.

This is similar and consistent with my claim about "what becomes the illusion of gang-
stalking" in the 'Street Theater as a Mental Condition' section (above). It was suppose to
look as though a myriad of celebrities were stalking me (just like TIs believe normal people
are stalking them), initiated by Lady Gaga. However, due to my educational expertise I
quickly realized they were merely being manipulated.

To explain the situation simply: Instead of "street theater," where individuals are
manipulated around a TIs social environment making it look as though they are being
stalked, it would be appropriate to call the manipulation of celebrities--(and marketers, as
exemplified in The Machine at Work/War: (Uber and Lyft) Priming Across Los Angeles) that
appear across all platform of the major media systems (i.e. social media, YouTube,
broadcast television, radio, etc.), that I experienced throughout the Lady Gaga catfishing
fiasco (and beyond) and as discussed in 2nd Uber Attack, Emma Watson Sandwich series--
"entertainment theater." As I try to explain as best I can in the series (because I also,
distractingly, talk about other current events) it seems as though this "entertainment
theater" uses a fantasy world created in (hit) music, movies, and popular culture, by
manipulating large influential artists, directors, and producers, to create underlying themes
or patterns of action to help sequence human behavior (with logarithmic precision) as
described in Interactions: Sequencing, Triggers, Pre-Programming; and MACRO
Manipulation and exemplified in The Machine at Work/War: (Uber and Lyft) Priming Across
Los Angeles. (Again, this illustrates why research on 'The
Machine' and subsequently "entertainment theater" is so desperately needed.)

Besides the Mind Control Patents post revealing the technical capability to be able
to achieve individual manipulation through the discussed multi-platform multimedia
environmental manipulation on an individual level (as explained in 'A Machine by Logical
Necessity' section above), The Machine is a Super-Networked-Computer blog post explores
the technical resources required to fulfill this feat on a mass scale. As you can tell by
reading the post, it seems the NSA already has the technical resource capabilities
(exemplified through "X Keyscore Deep Dive") to achieve mass multi-platform multimedia
environmental manipulation.

Severity

Although the 'Environmental Manipulation' and 'Entertainment Theater' sections should

give any reasonable person great concern, regardless, the fact is that "street theater"
is occurring which speaks volumes about the severity of the situation. The universally
reported "street theater" can not be ignored, dismissed, or taken lightly; in fact it
is occurring at an alarming rate.

The biggest misunderstanding about gang-stalking is how well the program entraps TIs. This
is because, even in my own personal situation, innumerable people told me to "just
move on" (which is really another form of synthetically created gaslighting). In light of all
the information presented so far, it should be obvious that it is impossible to move-on (with
your life) from this gang-stalking program. The program is literally designed for societal
entrapment and to restrict your life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness through many social
mechanisms.

Another tactic is a sort of reversed Stockholm syndrome where instead of the

victims sympathizing with their captors the captors make the victims look as though they
are criminals, or some sort of derivation of such. Personally, I became very aggressive in my
persecution because I knew it was an external entity manipulating my life and my social
network. From the very beginning, as you can see from the video in the 'Anecdotal
Evidence: My Personal Experience' section, I was very intolerant, angry, and demanding of
an investigation/explanation after I realized I was being set-up, this wasn't about love, and
even-worse, love was used to leverage me into self-defeating, pejorative action(s).

Speculation: Corruption & Blackmail

From my research of the gang-stalking program of two or more synonymous assertions by

TIs, in association, or that verifies my cataloged personal experience, my professional
opinion is as follows. The gang-stalking program/'The Machine' creates a misdirection, a
protagonist, of whom is doing the (gang) stalking (e.g. Lady Gaga) especially if and when the
TI fights back. This is used to make you look aggressive, volatile, and therefor mentally ill as
one of the tactics to justify you being reprimanded, land you into a mental institution, and
create animosity towards you in your (social) community among other various
repercussions.

This is simply another form of mental manipulation by the gang-stalking program/'The

Machine' (like that of "street theater" or learned helplessness) which agitates aggression
into (what is really) the victim. (This is explained [and confirmed] in this The Gangstalking
Program Explained YouTube recording.) In combination with what is discussed in 'The
Machine as a Mental Condition' section the goal here is to create a false protagonist who
looks to be the culprit from the TIs perspective but is (again) designed to make the TI look
like a crazy aggressor--when s/he is really being provoked by the program.
Many of the black-mail, harassment and manipulation, by nature and design, are
intentionally embarrassing so that not only will talking about the circumstances make you
look crazy, but they will be embarrassing too. Keeping with the mental manipulation
paradigm, this is a powerful suppressive tool. What is basically tantamount to black-mail
can be used to harass the individual into many behaviors they wouldn't normally pursue
out of fear. It also creates a catch-22 where if you do want to expose and talk about the
program you have to divulge self-incriminating or at least embarrassing information.

Indeed fear is the main mechanism or driving force that is manipulated consciously. If you
think of this on a deeper subconscious level, these psychological triggers can be used to
manipulate people's actions without their conscious perception, realization, or
understanding. As argued in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and
Silent Noise Sequences these subliminal mechanisms can be classically conditioned into a
TIs behavior without their conscious awareness and triggered like one of Ivan Pavlov's dogs.
(This is also sited in the 'Torture' section below).

It is my contention that, consistent with advertising, sexual desires are used as a

motivational tactic subconsciously rather then overtly (like that of fear) manipulating
behavior. Still, it is my contention each individual has a psychological profile and their most
exploitable emotion (e.g. you get jealous easily) will be leveraged and exploited to
manipulate your behavior.

It seems as though (those with the psychological applicability) who are

easily corruptible (for example) can be manipulated into devious, undermining behaviors
that they wouldn't normally pursue without being 'entrapped' or set-up for. This is, again,
designed to incriminate the individual and cultivate content. When you think about the
suppression of TIs economic condition which eventually leads to despotism, this mechanism
for corruption can easily be exploited (in a desperate individual). As you will come to
understand in 'The Machine's' Purpose' section (below) it is highly probable that before the
TI is made consciously aware of his/her stalking and manipulation, the TI is cajoled into
doing deviant behavior that can later be used for (the direct application of) blackmail once
their consciously aware of their stalking.

As you will read about sleep deprivation in the 'Torture' section below, it is highly probable
that dream manipulation is possible. As these directed energy technologies can put voices
in the head (and as the quote in the beginning of the 'Satellite Tracking' section states) you
can also, perhaps, "induce images into the brain" during sleep! (I am personally convinced
of this because I experienced this myself, and have the evidence logged.)

Torture
Besides the use of various emotions and emotional triggers to manipulate individual
behavior(s), what is termed "silent no-touch torture" is a universally discussed and
complained about occurrence by TIs. The torture details of this will be divulged as the
section progresses, however it is important to know from the beginning, as many TIs
complain, the pursuits don't become tortuous until you start divulging the circumstances of
your persecution and especially when you start fighting back (like I have been)!

If 'The Gang-Stalking Conspiracy Defined', 'Environmental Manipulation,' and it's 'Severity'

wasn't bad enough... this is where it becomes self-evident the program is sadistic,
sociopathic, and reminiscent of/from Nazi Germany (as discussed in 'The Government
Conspiracy' from the beginning of this writing). Since TI's can't report it to the police or go
to a mental health care facility for help, and their social support network his destroyed,
their is effectively no help so the TI can be tortured with impunity as their life falls apart.
(1:47) Dr. Robert Duncan who helped create the V2K mind control technology admits TIs
"are being tortured" in the clip below. I will do my best to describe, as accurately as
possible (with the previously presented information) why, and then how, TIs are tortured
through this gang-stalking program.

The goal of the gang-stalking program is to get TIs to submit (like dogs). Once you get to the
point that you are 'on your own' TIs are tortured until submission. The goal here is learned
helplessness! "Learned helplessness is a behavior in which an organism forced to
endure aversive, painful or otherwise unpleasant stimuli, becomes unable or unwilling to
avoid subsequent encounters with those stimuli, even if they are escapable." This means
that if you train any organism (i.e. human or dog) to endure pain and prevent them from
evading/leaving that pain, they will eventually stop trying to leave/evade the pain all
together even if such opportunities are presented later.

In this case, TIs are (simply) trained to submit to torture through learned helplessness. My
argument, as I made in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent
Noise Sequences, is that 'The Machine' does this torture systematically which is (also) used
to classically condition TIs. For the most part, TIs know they are being conditioned and
manipulated (as explained in the 'Speculation' section above) but often they don't know
how, why, or what their being conditioned away-from or towards.

The gang-stalking program is designed to break you down psychologically and physically,
systematically. This tactic (again) was created from MKUltra by Dr. Donald Ewen
Cameron called "psychic driving" and "depatterning" as described in the video above,
explained by researcher Thomas Marshall in this clip, and expanded upon in this ABC News
Closeup. As MKUltra saw the subject's inability to leave (the experiment) as desirable so is
the gang-stalking program designed to entrap individuals. This is accomplished (in the gang-
stalking program) through the increased application of psychological warfare (through
directed energy weapons, environmental manipulation, blackmail, etc.) until the TI
submits.

Besides the combination of various psycho-social mechanisms like directed energy weapons
to cause muscle atrophy and mental illness, environmental manipulation such as "street
theater" (the speculated "entertainment theater") and the latent subconscious, overt, and
classically conditioned stimuli to systematized torture, another main tactic, which is used in
combination, is sleep deprivation. Highly complained about by TIs (and experienced
personally) sleep deprivation (as discussed in the 'Directed Energy Weapons' section) is
easy to achieve through directed energy weapons (and even "street theater"). This is done
because not only can the mental fatigue that develops from sleep deprivation drive
someone to insanity and is literally used as a form of torture in and of itself, but sleep helps
you heal and recover from the attacks and (subsequent) stress that 'The Machine'/gang-
stalking program causes.

Bullying

In other words, the more you fight, the worse your torture becomes--for the purposes of
training learned helplessness. This is (another reason) why I believe 'The Machine'/gang-
stalking program has threat levels as outlined in New Slavery: The Machine's Threat Levels
& Economic Exploitation. Once the TI does submit their behavior is managed by (what is
simply a form of) bullying. As described by stopbulling.gov (in the 'Bullying Definition'
section) "bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking
someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose."

Basically 'the bully' is 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program. After it's beats you up it
threatens you repeatedly until you conform, both physically and verbally, and excludes you
from social interaction, isolating you, on purpose. Calling the actions of 'The
Machine'/gang-stalking program that targets (highly) educated individuals
and achieves behavioral maintenance after repeated attacks "bullying" is simply aproape
(i.e. appropriate). The irony of this would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.

As will be discussed below, the terror of this program is so great TIs are often driven to
suicide. (As discussed earlier about targeting certain muscle groups with directed energy [as
outlined and described in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and
Silent Noise Sequences, explained above, and shown in Citizen's Arrest : Eric Leo's Ongoing
Persecution (Since I Left Michigan In November of 2013) I was punished so severely I
couldn't stand or walk without excruciating pain!)

The Story of Suicide

I don't know if you can truly understand gang-stalking until you've experienced how real the
tactics and manipulation are, how real the pain, emotion, stress, and anxiety feels, and how
well people in your social environment are manipulated. Everyday, to merely live, is a
struggle! Now that you (have a better) understand(ing of) how the program functions, the
scope, depth, breadth, and severity of it's manipulation, you can (possibly) sympathize with
the following scenario and understand what would drive someone to suicide--as described
by researcher Thomas Marshall in the clip below.

Imagine you were once a bright college student with "the whole world ahead of you." You
were an optimist, started a new job, on the path to a new career, with a stable place to live,
good friends, was dating someone really cute, was in good health, and had the love of
family and friends. Then, one day, and you remember the specific day, everything changed.

It was a friday, you remember because you were going out with friends when you started
hearing voices in your head. Clearly you had never experienced this before so you started
freaking out, you looked in the mirror wondering what is happening to you. You thought to
yourself, "I just have to get out of the house, my friends will know what to do." You got to
your dinner party late, you looked disheveled because of the incident, trying to keep your
cool but your friends constantly pried "why do you seem so distracted and distant?" You
told them, "I was preparing to leave when someone kept talking to me... in my head!"
Everyone stopped, one of your friends said "maybe you should go see a doctor?" You said,
"...do you think so?" ..."at least talk to your parents about it." You try'd laughing it off saying
"probably just the crazy again, maybe it was the neighbors" ...and you went on with the rest
of your night.

As the days progressed the voices started to become worse, they didn't go away, and you
started catching yourself doing things that you had never done before... like calling your
boyfriend at 3 a.m. because you can't sleep. You started questioning your sanity, talking to
your parents on the phone every other night, getting them very concerned, as you started
to seemingly loose touch with your old life. It's clear your boyfriend started screening your
calls. Even people at work started asking you "what's wrong" and you constantly thought
they were talking behind your back. This continued for or two weeks until you couldn't take
it anymore. You were convinced someone had to be messing with you so you called the
police to file a report and boom, they showed up to your house, told you they were going
to take you "down town" for a "medical evaluation" and that "it's no big deal." They put
you in cuffs, because it was "protocol," and when you showed up to the
destination, unbeknownst to you, you were really at Saint Joseph's Mental Health Clinic for
a psychological evaluation.

You called the police on a Saturday and the doctor wasn't in so you had to stay a couple
nights until Monday morning. You meet real mentally ill patients and started to feel scared.
You called your parents (in another state) who told you "maybe this is for the best, their
there to help, it's not like it's prison." You talked to your bestie who said "I don't know what
you want me to do? ...and you were hearing voices!" You became extremely anxious to see
the doctor Monday, you didn't sleep much and thought to yourself "I'll just tell him/her the
truth, they'll understand, and then they'll have to let me go." Monday rolled around and
you finally saw the doctor, you told everything. That you started hearing voices, you told
your parent, your friends, your co-workers started to notice, and it distanced you from your
life. Although you had "no real proof," you knew it was definitely coming "from an outside
source." You gave academic credentials, told of your great grades, and your good work
history. You told the doctor that you didn't know why you were there in the first place, you
called the cops because someone was doing this to you, you didn't do anything, you didn't
hurt anyone or yourself... and the doctor stopped you.

The doctor said "based off what your telling me, the fact you told the nurse you haven't
been sleeping well, and that your hyper-verbal right now I'm going to keep you for the 72
hour hold. I think you might be schizophrenic or having delusions and we are going to put
you on some psychotropic medications. If you follow the regiment, take your pills, and
remain calm we will get you out of here as soon as possible. The point here is to get you to
stop hearing voices so you feel better and you can go back to your normal life."

You thought to yourself, "I'm not crazy, I don't need medication, I can't believe the doctor
thinks I'm schizophrenic or delusional, this has to be coming from somewhere!"
Wednesday morning rolled around and you talked to the doctor again who refused to
release you because you didn't follow the program and rejected your medications. You
thought to yourself "I could get a lawyer, but that would take until at least next week." So
you decided to take the drugs, continued to stay calm although you were a nervous wreck,
and the doctor released you the coming Monday, but with a diagnosis of schizophrenia!

That was the point were your life really fell apart. You were fresh out of college at a new
job which had a no-tolerance attendance policy for absenteeism and since you technically
called the cops, you got fired. You wanted to sue but you didn't know who? ...and since you
lost your job you didn't, and still don't, have the money for an investigation or legal
representation anyways. You want it to stop but you don't know who to turn too. Your
friends and family now thought you were crazy because of the diagnosis the psychiatrist
gave you, and your refusal to take the drugs. Your parents refused, and still refuse, to help
until you take your medications and your friends have their own problems. They tried to
help you as much as they could but eventually they gave up on you or you gave up on them.
You don't hang out much anymore because you can't afford to have fun like you used too.
You still see them occasionally but it's never been the same. Some of your friends you
stopped talking to all together because they kept on accusing you of being crazy. 18
months, a year and a half later, now your on government welfare.

You have no or little friends. You barely talk with your family who insists on talking about
your illness when you do talk. You have no job or career. You've had jobs but you can never
stay focused due to being constantly attacked. You spend your time fighting the program,
and the harassment is so bad you can't even sleep. You don't have the money for health or
beauty products, to take care of yourself properly, and you constantly feel
like garbage because of malnutrition. Before you would always keep a healthy sleek
physique but now your fat because you can't exercise as a direct result of being in daily pain
from being attacked and poor eating habits.

No one wants to date you because you no longer look or feel good anymore, your body
constantly hurts and exercise only makes it worse. On top of that, the pain your constantly
in makes you clench your jaw, and when you do, you bite wrong so the beautiful smile you
once had is now gone. You can't afford health or dental care so your physical ailments
never get fixed. Since you can't have a healthy lifestyle or fix your crooked teeth your daily
pain and smile becomes a constant reminder of your persecution every time you look in
the mirror.

Besides the fact you get no sexual, emotional, or physical relief, no one (really) cares or
believes you are being attacked by an external, outside entity because the mechanisms are
unknown, unbelievable, and incomprehensible. What's worse is the majority of people
blame you for being unable to function in society while no matter how hard you try you are
thwarted again and again. People "want the old you" and you want to go back to the way it
was too, but you know it's impossible because you will never stop being attacked.

You are constantly subjugated to unrelenting pain both physically and emotionally. You
become clinically depressed and tired of fighting. You feel like there is no way out, which
you know is designed into the program your in, so you take your life through suicide. When
the outside world looks in they see a mentally ill person who should of gotten help. They
don't see a trapped, tortured soul who took their life because of the lack of understanding,
help, compassion, and companionship.

The story just told, although fiction, was created in light of hearing many TI
testimonies, experiencing my own persecution, following the criteria from 'The Gang-
Stalking Conspiracy Defined' (above) and writing it from a woman's persecutive. Not only
are the majority of victims women (60%+) but I wanted to give a story for Rachael Orbin,
the woman in the video below, to explain the back story of what could have possibly
happened to her. She was also used because of the demographic criteria outlined here,
specifically, how TIs are smart and intelligent. You can also see in the video how altruistic
and giving of herself she is, like many, if not all TIs.

Like me, Rachael has survived because she is a fighter. I can only imagine the circumstances
that created her feeling as though she looks ugly. I have had to endure tortuous treatment
for years before the defense I created (as described below in the 'Counter-Torture' section)
was taken seriously enough for my persecutors to stop. Many other victims have not had
the courage, stamina, or tolerance to continue on. Sadly, like 'The Story of Suicide' ended,
many of the TIs who do take their lives are not seen as having been under this tortuous
treatment and driven toward suicide. It is my firm conviction Aaron Swartz was (probably) a
victim of the suicidal fate as a direct result of this program. (Further research is needed.)
Still, as discussed in the 'Torture' section, if you refuse to submit, you will simply be
tortured (until suicide). The majority of targeted individuals know this and that the program
is designed to drive you to suicide. This would explain why (suicidal) depression is often
complained about by TIs. (This may also explain why the suicide rate in America is so high,
but further research is needed.)

The real problem is that in a rational, logical person's mind suicide is the best option due to
the circumstances--which is the product of an apathetic, ignorant, compassionless,
condemning society. It is argued that suicide is a long-term answer to a short-term
problem. However, the problem stems from every aspect of your social, physical, and
economic reality; there is no help, no way out, it is tortuous and it lasts indefinitely.
Recalling that directed energy weapons and conditions of treatment can cause mental
illnesses (like depression) the social and family bonds that usually keep people from taking
their lives are also gone. To the smart, logical person, which this program targets, suicide is
(and/or becomes) a very appealing viable option for many TIs!

Anecdotal Experience: Stalking in the Classrooms of America

When I first started getting attacked by 'The Machine'/gang-stalking I was in Ypsilanti

Michigan doing substitute teaching. I eventually would work all over the state including in
Grand Rapids and my home-town of Sturgis Michigan. I could tell, especially in my home-
town that the children were being manipulated--similar to that of "street theater" but only
in the class room. One particular incident I remember, I was in Wall School watching a
nature program with (I think) 2nd graders who were having popcorn as a snack. I walked by
one of the children, looked down over his shoulder and saw him crossing a straight
backwards Z with his popcorn. I could tell he was making a swastika although I'm sure he
didn't know what he was doing. I went to go get my phone to take a picture but by the time
I went to capture the moment, because my phone was put away for professional reasons, it
was gone; I was looking at the kid when he swiped it away.

Shortly after I got "let go" by PESG who manages substituting for the region, I starting to
use my counter-torture methods that will be described below. When I went to go look for a
job I remember a similar circumstance happened. The lady I was interviewing with was
writing something that had an "s" in the middle of the word that she accidentally wrote as
a backwards "z." She corrected it by crossing it out with a horizontal line, kinda fumbling,
and then decided to move on. I was in utter disbelief. There was the swastika again.

I was infuriated by what happened at Wall School. I even filed a police report trying to
explain the situation as best I could at the time, warning the local police of what I
experienced in the classroom. The video of me filing the police report on May 21st 2013 is
below. After seeing what happened in the classroom I decided that I would never let this
go. This was a large contributing factor to why I felt I had to leave my home-town and go
to California. At this point, although I couldn't fully grasp, understand, or explain "street
theater" as outline above (and as I admit in the video below) I knew my small home-town
was successfully being manipulated. Later, I would come to find out how easy it is done in a
large population set such as Los Angeles, let alone my small home-town of Sturgis
Michigan.

Anecdotal Retaliation: A Brief History

After this I decided to torment and torture my perusers, whoever they were, in the privacy
of my own social space because I knew they were stalking me every day. In combination
with the 'Psychological Warfare' as outline after the 'Counter Torture' section below I
would openly harass my stalkers online, mainly on my Apollo Nian facebook profile. By July
of 2013 I knew it wasn't Lady Gaga (Kanye West or Jay-Z who had hired stalkers to destroy
my life) because other celebrities were being puppeted (like Emma Watson and Selena
Gomez)--as discussed in the 'Street Theater as a Mental Condition' and then 'Entertainment
Theater' section about what "becomes the illusion of gang-stalking."

Due to the sheer access to resources (e.g. "street theater," "entertainment theater," etc),
again the response time was astounding, I could tell I was being tracked all over the United
States, and therefor, I knew it had to be a governmental entity. For a while I though it was
the Bush family or (former) Bush administration, especially due to their grandfather's ties to
helping Nazi Germany come to power (which lasted until April 2014). Again, I think it was
another intentionally created distraction and protagonist by my real stalkers--as discussed
in the 'Speculation' section.

In the video below is where I talk about how, at the time, I couldn't explain what was
happening to me although I knew it was suppose to make me look crazy. I reported it to
senators, the White House, the FBI, and the UN (which will be more pertinent to know in
the 'War' section below) but no one would help me. At end I talk about how (it was already
clear) that my stalkers were preventing me from having a family and procreating (which will
make more sense in 'The Purpose of 'The Machine' section below). After I found that my
house was tapped and I expressed serious interest in an investigation (all in August if 2013)
and legal representation is when the torture started.

After moving to Los Angeles California in November of 2013 where I was homeless (again)
for month, it was clear (again), although I tried to move on, as I stated in the video above,
my stalkers would never leave me alone. So by April 2014 my finger was pointed-at and
threatening the DOD (Department of Defense) who I knew had to be the culprit by logical
necessity. Indeed, I have confirmed that in this writing. I would not only torture them as
outline in the 'Psychological Warfare' section (below), but would harass them online, along
the lines of the screenshot below! In light of this, the Uber Helicopter Priming Evidence--
where I experienced radio priming in conjunction with helicopter fly-overs, and USPS truck
drive-bys that were so distracting it drove me off the road and gave another protagonist
(President Barack Obama) which landed me in a mental institution after entrapment by the
Claremont police--makes much more sense. (Read the Kidnapping by the Claremont Police
Department post to help put the entrapment into context.)

The Machine's Purpose

It is important that, although it won't be talked about here, so the reader (better)
understands the 'Counter Torture' and 'The Ultimate Mind Control Program Defined'
sections (below), that the reader knows I have spent considerable time arguing, as a
professional, the purpose of 'The Machine' and this program is not only to silence
dissenters and the intelligent but mold eugenics over generations. In other words, 'The
Machine'/gang-stalking program is designed to prevent TIs from procreating altogether--
while manipulating who the rest of the population produces off-spring with.

Not only was this (subliminally) communicated to me that the program was to prevent
(companionship and) procreation from the beginning (as stated in the Part 7 - Help video
above) but it is clearly self-evident in (what I call) the "residual backlash" of 'Eugene, The
Machine'--which is briefly described in the 'The Machine Hypothesis' section. To
understand, and for more information, read the following blog posts: The Goals of the

The Machine.

(It is my firm conviction that 'The Machine' has been in existence since, at the latest, the
60s. Even without it's existence, especially in light of the classroom experience as explained
in 'Anecdotal experience,' there is reasonable suspicion to believe children are being
stalked from birth while accessing the applicability of if and/or when to induct them into
the program. As discussed in the 'Speculation: Corruption & Blackmail' section, if this is true
then the possibly of using corruption before the individual becomes enveloped in the
program to use as leverage after initiation is probable.)

The Ultimate Mind Control Paradigm Defined

The evidence and understanding as presented since the first definition is (and should be)
great. 'The Gang-Stalking Conspiracy Defined' is written in the first paragraph below and
expanded upon to define 'The Ultimate Mind Control Paradigm,' which is as follows:

Attack the victim with directed energy weapons causing (synthetically created) mental
illness, drive the TI into police custody which--due to (public ignorance and) police protocol--
will land them in a mental institution where the TI is given a condemning diagnosis (possibly
micro chipped) and then released so that the perpetrator(s whether human, machine, or a
combination of both) can pursue the victim with impunity.

Culminate memories for psychological triggers for behavior controls both overt and
subversive using fear, jealousy, embarrassment, and/or sexual attraction (depending on the
subjects psychological predisposition). Stigmatize the individual by using emotional triggers
in conjunction with social environment manipulation for a condemning self-perception and
external perception as either corrupt, unworthy, and/or unable.

Suppress the economic condition, opportunities, and vitality of the individual to prevent the
ability to afford justice of all sorts--economic, emotional, sexual, social, and (especially)
judicial. Attack the individual with directed energy weapons until they submit through
learned helplessness. If the individual fights by speaking of their circumstances, seeking
justice, or accruing financial security to obtain the previous, administer torture through
increased antagonism in developmental stages until submission:

If submission is refused, relentlessly pursue individual through intense, tortuous assaults

with directed energy weapons, psychological mechanisms (as described previously), and
sleep deprivation while inculcating ideas of suicide, synthetically creating depression,
feelings of self-pity, and the understanding that the torture will continue in perpetuity.

If individual does submit, maintain desired behaviors by threats (i.e. bullying) and the
development of deep psychological integration of triggers for behavior control(s). Use
stigmatization and condemnation through environmental manipulation and directed energy
weapons for egregious offenses.

Keep the individual's mentality in a perpetual state of self-suppression, discomfort, and

dissatisfied undesirability with themselves and their circumstances to prevent the ability,
thought, or desire of procreation. Estrange the individual from family and friends
manipulating them into (further) isolation by the (systematic) delineation of social bonds.
Attack the target's physical well-being and self-perception while preventing them from the
access to healthcare and a healthy lifestyle.

Intentionally create the desire for companionship, economic opportunity, investigation, and
legal action by synthetically manipulated opportunities and then destroying them to make
the individual think they are undesirable, the situation is hopeless, they will never figure out
what is happening to them, and justice is impossible (respectively). Keep the individual in
a perpetual state of fear while degrading their humanity
through environmental manipulation which condemns the individual for their failure
to achieve, thrive, or even subsist. Repeat suppression of created attempts from the
program until the individual seeks elation through the end of their life.

Retaliation

The Torture of Children

Although (again) this seems egregiously and horrifically inhuman, the fact is a(n
experimentation) government program as just described exists and was explained as
accurately as possible. It is worth mentioning, to grasp the scope and gravity of this
program, the use of children in this experimentation program is no different or uncommon.
As Dr. John Hall talks about in the clip below and recalling that the American and Canadian
psychiatric association knows full and well of these directed energy weapons, and therefor
the injustice being pursued, children have been given electroconvulsive therapy to rid
themselves of voices after they complained about the government harassment coming
from the mind control technologies and the gang-stalking program being described here.

This is no surprise in light of understanding the historical precedence. Recalling that 'The
Machine'/gang-stalking program developed from MKUltra (a nazi experimentation
program), in this clip Dr. Barrie Trower talks about how microwaves were used to
experiment on pregnant women to cause miscarriages and using electro magnetic waves
(microwaves) and LSD on 4-year-olds until death. He remarks, and I agree, if you attack a
child in a uterus, "you can't get much lower." Recalling the 'Anecdotal Evidence: Stalking in
the Classrooms of America' section above, keep this information in mind, not only because
of the assertions previously made in 'The Machine's' purpose' above about molding
eugenics but the convictions argued in the 'Counter Torture' and 'Psychological Warfare'
sections below.

Civic Duty

My (original) convictions of how bad the program I was entrapped in (as outlined in the
'Anecdotal Evidence: Stalking in the Classrooms of America' section) were only further
confirmed as time progressed--such as the discovery of the information just stated. As
discussed in The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences the latent functioning of my subconscious mind in association with my
vehement persecution is why I never gave up; vindicated by the information in this
writing. Although I didn't fully understand the program early in my persecution, as
discussed in the Police Report and Help! video(s), I could tell, especially after the incident as
described in the 'Anecdotal Experience: Stalking in the Classrooms of America' section, that
something was terribly wrong and I should never let it go. Turns out, I couldn't let it go even
if I tried.

Again, the inherent issue that most people don't understand is that TIs are literally unable
to "move on!" 'The Machine'\gang-stalking program is designed for (societal) entrapment.
This is largely why I wrote the blog post 'Civic Duty,' not only does the business community
need to help with this because they must be loosing (at least) thousands of employees, if
not production time and capitol but it is obvious there is serious economic
exploitation occurring. It is my professional opinion 'The Machine' takes business ideas
from individuals and primes (i.e. supplants) them into other company's employes especially
for economic suppression of TIs, which can be better understood by reading New Slavery:
The Machine's Threat Levels & Economic Exploitation. In other words, (it is my professional
opinion) 'The Machine' is involved in systematized corporate (and perhaps international)
espionage to fulfill it's agenda.

Fight Back!

I did not create 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program, I just have to deal with it to have a
normal (let alone an extraordinary) life. I will not apologize for defending myself, I will
not apologize for living, and I will not apologize for having said and/or defending the
following actions in the 'Psychological Warfare' section. I am a serious business professional
that has dreams and goals, aspirations and desires too. I will not be a subjugated slave
because the inability for the rest of an apathetic, ignorant nation to comprehend and (then)
act upon an epidemic of international proportion.

In a business perspective, as Barbara Corcoran, the Shark Tank investor talks about in this
video clip, in order to combat the incessant barrage or attacks you take, the mentality I
have had to acquire (and that I encourage other TIs to take as well) is (especially if your
gonna judge me) "Fuck you!" 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program closely resembles what
Barbara explains about being looked down upon and being nervous about what people are
thinking, but only extremely worse (as described in detail above)!

My poignant retort to those who accuse me of being mentally ill is that they don't have the
mental facilities to understand the circumstances. To those who think I'm vicious I reiterate
the previous, tell them I have no choice, and it is the expected course of action when you
have been tortured and abused as much as I have without legitimate justice or so much
as compensation. It's just as much their problem and their fault for reasons as stated in the
'Holocaust' section below. I usually ad that I am proud to be fighting and fought such a sick,
sadistic, program full of tortuous sociopaths with Nazi origins. They deserve the retaliation
as outlined in the 'Counter Torture' and 'Psychological Warfare' sections below and is only
being pursued because I am continually and consistently pursued while being prevented
from legitimate justice. The fact is if you complain about my retaliation to my circumstances
without helping me achieve justice, you are hypocritical and deserve to be disturbed by
my retaliation. This is what Dr. Martin Luther King meant by the quote:

"A threat to justice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere!"

The injustice I have continually experienced for years will not be silenced because you feel
as though you deserve the illusion of a fictitious, just society where everything is "alright"
and "how it should be." Everything is not alright, everything is not as it should be. I am not
even allowed to live! You have the right to ignore it, although it is counter-intuitive, self-
defeating, and self-detrimental as you will read in the 'Holocaust' section below; but you do
not have the right to silence me! Preventing me from justice (and compensation) will not be
tolerated!

At this point the reader should realize how horrific the circumstances of TIs are, how they
have little to no resources at their disposable, and they are (for all extensive purposes) on
their own in dealing with 'The Machine'/the gang-stalking program. This leaves the TI to
fight back with whatever resources they have. Most TIs don't talk about fighting back,
indeed most usually submit to the learned helplessness. However, since I knew these
stalkers would never leave me alone, I knew acquiescing was the wrong approach.

This is confirmed by Dr. David Posner in the clip below. A former TI himself and tired of
watching young people being torture Dr. Posner talks about how you should keep a daily
log, to not let the stalkers control your lifestyle, how you have the right to record a crime,
and "if you don't scare, they will!"

I knew long ago because I was thwarted from other legitimate forms of justice,
psychological warfare should be used. If you have a problem with what I will divulge in the
'Psychological Warfare' section below and my use of the conditions outlined in the 'Counter
Torture' section, (as already discussed) that is all the more reason and motivation to help
me resolve this. Again, blaming me the victim will not be tolerated. As I have said
repeatedly, I am trying to make the best of a horrific situation.

Binaural Beats

If the stalking gets so bad that the TI feels s/he cannot stop focusing on the mind control
(of heterodyning brain wave lengths) as discussed in the 'Causing Mental Illness' section,
their are ways to disconnect through binaural beats. You can find binaural beats easily
online (through YouTube) and what this does is entrain both hemispheres of the brain at a
normal brain residence. Recommended at night when you sleep, you might have to do this
every day but listening binaural beats should break your brain waves from the heterodyning
mind control entrainment of The MOGS Program.

There are also computer programs that can help you regain your sanity as well. One in
particular is Neuro Programmer 3 which can be found and tried for free through a simple
Google search.

Warning

Although I am proud to say that I have fought this sick, sociopathic, Nazi program, and
these pursuers and have used the following tactics as a defense, I didn't created the
punishment as follows. As disturbing as 'The Torture of Children' was above, I must warn
the reader, the most disturbing part is outlined in the 'Counter Torture' and 'Psychological
Warfare' sections below. Again, it is intentionally designed to be so disturbing because it is
usually the victim's only defense. If you are of a weak mind or have a hard time with horror
films, mental deterrents, or moving your mind on from disturbing subjects, I would
recommend skipping the 'Counter Torture' and 'Psychological Warfare' sections.

What I am about to divulge will (most likely) 'stick-out in your mind' (with vivid imagery
probably and) especially because it is your natural reaction to 'The Machine'/gang-stalking
program as you will read below. I would suggest you move to the 'Holocaust' section if you
cannot handle gruesome details. (However, if you are a TI, I do recommend you read the
following and use it at your discretion based on your personal situation, threat level, and
(therefor) tortuous treatment.)

Counter Torture: The Universality of CKR

The punishment works so well because not only does the punishment fit the crime, but the
human enslavement program that is 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program is so egregiously
offensive. To thwart any pursuer from ever creating a human enslavement program again--
an extreme punishment, namely 'child-knife-rape' (abbreviated CKR) is warranted.

Although people don't consciously comprehend the entirety of 'The Machine'/gang-stalking

program, (thanks to the "entertainment theater") people's subconscious absorbs the
circumstances and people (all) react the same way, albeit subconsciously. As I discussed
previously about how I started saying the repercussions early in my persecution after I
realized these pursuers were stalking children, as a latent function, it seems to be universal
in people's subconscious mind. Meaning, although not everyone understands 'The
Machine/gang-stalking program described in this writing, it effects your subconscious, and
your subconscious reaction is "I will fuck your children to death with a knife," like that of in
the movie Seven.

I'm sure they have no idea, but the this Michigan based leadership company helping
individuals obtain economic freedom while fighting to preserve the American
republic expresses this retaliation subliminally but obviously in their logo.

You don't consciously to think to yourself "I am going to fuck your children to death with a
knife for this" you just do--which come outs, very clear, subliminally. If you think about it, it
only makes sense. Because 'The Machine's' "entertainment theater" functions under the
surface of consciousness, so does your (unlearned) natural reaction (which is)
subliminally communicated. To explain metaphorically, it's like when you place your hand
on a hot stove and your brain pulls your hand away before you consciously have time to
react or think to yourself "wow, my hand is hot." It's as if although you don't understand
the circumstances and purpose of 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program to mold eugenic
over generations through pejorative means, but your brain does, and your brain's natural
(auto-immune) reaction is "I'm going to fuck your children to death with a knife for this!"

If you understand semantic priming, The Life Leadership logo (above right) makes even
more sense if you understand it is reflecting 'The Machine' eye as portrayed here and as it
portrays itself in popular culture--as I explain in the 'Portraying 'The Machine' (YouTube)
series.

I am in the process of showing this seemingly universal unlearned (auto-immune) response

through a series of movie clips (in the video playlist below) that illustrates my point.
Although hard to explain, if you understand semantic priming and programing it is hard to
ignore and even harder to dismiss that, although (seemingly intentionally) scattered, this
logical and natural retaliation is sequenced across popular culture, movies in particular, as
being illustrated (in the playlist) below. (This makes more sense, and becomes undeniable
as you learn how the machine functions [and scatters sequences over multiple popular
culture platforms] which is [probably] merely mimicking how the human brain works).

When I say that the punishment fits the crime I mean that because 'The Machine' is
designed to destroy family's and manipulate eugenics over generations, it is only fitting
(especially metaphorically) that the pursuers get to watch their children die in front of
them, horrifically, destroying their lineage (eugenics) as they did to so
many innocent victims for (what is probably) at least a half century. Again, it is my firm
conviction that although the conscious mind of the individual doesn't know or process this,
it is the natural reaction in people's brains. This contention is so strong because it is also a
logical repercussion/punishment for creating a horrific human enslavement program that
has been functioning for the better part of a century.

To give perspective in historic precedence, not only have I likened 'The Machine'/gang-
stalking program to Nazi Germany's entrainment camps, but the mind control experiments
in MKUltra came from Nazi Germany as Dr. Barrie Trower talks about here. As Dr. Barrie
Trower states in the video clip ""scientists at the end of (World War II after
the Nuremberg trails) were hanged for what scientists today are doing and getting away
with." Clearly, in a historic perspective, simply hanging those who created and are
protecting a system of human enslavement isn't a harsh enough deterrent. Ex post facto,
CKR is an appropriate (legitimate) punishment.

If you think about it everyone has to die, and hanging these international criminal pursuers
is (for all extensive purposes) not a punishment at all; they would have a harder time in
(the) American (California) prison system. Especially in light of the fact that this egregious
offense must be well though-out and consciously pursued, not only does an extreme
punishment seem warranted, but the universality of the 'child-knife-rape' (CKR) seems like
a necessary and appropriate repercussion.

I believe this can and will be achieved as a punishment for (especially) the creators and
protectors of (definitely) 'The Machine' and gang-stalking program. If future criminals who
contemplated even doing something similar in magnitude and knew the repercussions
would be CKR, especially with the amount of time, planning, and deliberate creation of
sadistic ends that had to be consciously involved, I bet something as pejorative and to
the magnitude of 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program would never happen again, which is
the point!

Evil

The psychological warfare, as will be described, works so well because not only is it
universally expressed in the subconscious of (what can only be described as) the collective
human ethos, but it is a logical and necessary repercussion for creating a program that
manipulates eugenics over generations and is a human enslavement program. The fact that
this outcome is so real (even outside a court of law, let alone as a consequence ordered by
one, which is highly probable) is why the psychological warfare works so well!

The mistake most good (wo)men make is they believe evil should not be used; I don't.

Power is to be used for good, however, the ends justify the means. In other words, those
that use and leverage evil don't have a monopoly on it's use(s). Sometimes you have have
to leverage the same to stop injustice for a just end. In other words, sometimes you have to
'get dirty' when those (criminals) you (as an innocent victim) are fighting 'get dirty.'

As previously stated in the 'Fight Back!' section above I knew 'The Machine'/gang-stalking
program would never leave me alone so my only option was to fight. For all extensive
purposes, the program forces you to fight, maliciously, to defend yourself. As I found
researching this, not only was I forced into doing this by logical necessity but it also comes
recommended by at least one reacher Dr. David Posner who (was introduced in the 'Fight
Back!' section and) writes a gang-stalking survival guide. This is why I started this blog
because (as later confirmed by Dr. David Posner) these pursuers are terrified of being
exposed.
(5:05) "You can't make them go away... ironically the only way to do that is not by saying
'Okay, I'll be good...' that just encourages these clowns even more. You do it by saying 'You
know what, bring it on. I don't care. I ain't stop'n.' ...because the more you resist the
temptation to give in the harder it is for them. It's gonna make it hard on them and easier
on you, believe it or not."

After moving to California to move on with my life after what happened in Michigan (as
explained above) I was homeless, as you can read in Citizen's Arrest : Eric Leo's Ongoing
Persecution (Since I Left Michigan In November of 2013! By the time I found a job and a
place to live I was, quite frankly, couldn't stand or walk without excruciating pain and tired
of being attacked.

Due to the fact I faced such horrible and constant torture (to the point I couldn't walk) I was
forced to create an insidious (psychological) defense where I not only leveraged the horrific
punishment as outlined in the 'Counter Torture' section but I made the conditions worse
and the punishment more severe, with every attack. The fact is they would never stop, I
knew that if I tried to better myself and found a job that I could make a lot of money at,
they would stop me because they knew I wanted legitimate judicial justice... which is
exactly what happened. Like 'The Machine'/gang-stalking torture program where the more
you spoke-out, the more your were punished, I created a punishment program were the
more they fought me, the more my pursuers suffered.

Whoever had created this torture system, and are protect it, are cowards, and I knew that!
Eventually after establishing residence I was physically able to make good on my threats
and was improving in physical health. My pursuers could see, even through in
excruciating pain, I would continue, which had to terrify them in light of the following.

Psychological Warfare

I would wake-up every morning and remind them of the horrific fate that awaits them and
their family. I would tell them "I am going to fuck your children to death with
a serrated blade knife strapped to my sternum to leave my hands free to claw their faces
and beat the shit out of them to death as you watch helplessly." I would crawl into their
brains on a daily basis asking them about their wives and their children in a friendly manor
while screaming the CKR at them. This was done (repeatedly) so that every person that
would ask about their family would remind them of their terrible fate.

I even made a cyclical song (similar to that of "the song that never ends") reminiscent of a
nursery rhyme that I would repeat to inculcate terror. When I meet or interacted with
people I knew were being manipulated in (what Cheryl Welsch calls) "street theater" I
would hum it to remind the pursuers of their pending doom while the face-to-face
individual was never the wiser. It was a counteractive move to remind them that in every
aspect of the psychological game they were playing that I would see them die after their
families were destroyed in front of them. I did this incessantly, for months to years, without
remorse, through a myriad of psychological mechanisms for deep
psychological inculcation.

I would intentionally isolate myself so that I could further torture them, to again,
counteract their tactic. The part that was created to be most terrifying was that, barring the
intervention of official authorities which did happen, no one ever knew; and I would never
speak of it. Not once did I console someone about this matter, ask for help, or felt I needed
to justify my actions. Counteracting the game of intentionally making me look mentally ill, I
would act insane on in my isolate social space that I knew they were stalking but would act
as a nice, normal, loving, innocent, almost boyish conformist on the surfacing in (polite)
public company... giving the appearance as though I might crack and go crazy to give my
pursuers hope before I crushed their mind again through psychological warfare.

This could't be more self-evident then when I was a driver for Uber. By this time
the psychological warfare was much worse. Instead of just raping their children to death in
front of them I would explain how their wife's would be looking on as well. "Why did you do
this to our children?" ...they would say while looking at them. After finishing with their
children their wives faces would be cut-up, like hell-raiser, but left to live as
a remanence for all the world to see (why why you don't create or protect a human
enslavement program).

The fate that awaited for the stalkers was horrific themselves. After watching their children
die and their wives faces cut-up, their wives would watch as they had their skin pealed
back. Slowly in agonizing misery their flesh would be exposed. After, I would rub salt in it
and throw them outside in the hot sun to bake (while bumping Jay-Z music),
then intravenously water-boarding them so that when they came back from feeling they
were going to die, they would realize they were still in excruciating pain wishing they were
dead!

This had developed incrementally over time. With every attack the psychological warfare,
and therefor, their fate, would become worse; the punishment fitting the crime. It came to
the point that with every attack I would add family members, children, then aunts, then
uncles, then their children. I would always remind them, "It can always get worse." ...and it
always did.

It was ruthless, unforgiving, and in all honesty I think the circumstance have changed
because I don't think my pursuers could handle it anymore. I actually started taking a
recorded log of instances as to remember the number of family members. The
psychological warfare was designed to (slowly but surely) give my pursuers crippling anxiety
and fear until they live in constant terror waiting for their souls to be ravished, tortured,
and die--as they have done to so many innocent over the last half century.

Holocaust

Blaming me for having to defend myself in this manor without helping me is hypocritical.
For the record, and in perspective, I don't enjoy having to leverage the previous to make-up
for most people's lack of understanding. My use of 'Psychological Warfare' methods is a
direct result of my isolation and lack of financial and communal support to
obtain legitimate justice--which (again) although is designed into the program to be
continuously thwarted, is really the fault of my local, state, federal, and (even) international
community.

The fact is this is everyone's problem in America and around the world! This is nazism
2.0. This interview with Dr. John Hall (on Alex Jone's Infowars) is all about how directed
energy weapons are being used on individuals and small groups to test their applicability
and then implementation on large populations. The fact is every expert, including me,
believes this gang-stalking program is an experiment in human control including Dr. Robert
Duncan, Dr. John Hall, Dr. David Posner, and Dr. Barrie Trower and this former U.S.
Intelligence officer says it best:

(18:00) "It would appear as those being targeted are simply objects who I see... as being
disposable. Once full control is established over a major percentage of the population and
enough of the population is silenced and unwilling to stick their necks out, that we would
inevitably be heading toward a holocaust."

This is exactly what happened in Nazi Germany. The thing that concerns me is that with the
psychological manipulation as been presented, and how it is holistically unknown but an
enormous problem, is that--especially with the presence of this program in schools--the
conditions and ideology this program inculcates could create another Nazi Germany. The
good part is America is a much larger nation and their citizen's are vehement about their
2nd amendment rights.

I agree with the former U.S. intelligence officer in that I believe the progenitors of this
machine/gang-stalking program are simply waiting for the right moment to implement a
similar program as that of 'The Third Wave' experiment
after sufficient human experimentation. What is disturbing after understanding 'The Third
Wave' experiment--which was designed to emulate the conditions that created Nazi
Germany and where this mind control torture experimentation program originates--is that
the more intelligent and verbal students started to be replaced as dominant class leaders
by the physically superior classmates that would conform to the ideology of 'The Third
Wave' which had "strength (in numbers, i.e. strength) through community."

Whoever is doing this is merely testing their capabilities in a sub-set of the population to
run a larger operation. Considering the circumstances (as discussed in the blog post
'American Love: Are Americans Degenerates as the Result of Successful Eugenics by The
Machine?') whether it be from breeding away sympathy or acting upon tragedy or disabling
those that do, this micro-modeled psychological operation is (most-likely) only a precursor
to the macro--model. 'The Machine,' in all honesty, is probably priming for the pre-cursor of
a much larger use of directed energy and psychological weapons on a far larger amount of
people.

(2:40) "They are doing this because of two reasons. The major reason is they are practicing
finding out the ins and outs of mind control on groups and individuals so that they can keep
whoever is left in this country under control.

Being the author of the linked 'The Third Wave' experiment written in April of 2012 I knew
throughout my persecution that these are the conditions my stalkers might be pursuing.
Indeed, I believe I was targeted and punished so harshly because they knew I would be able
to see the conditions they were creating and they tried to stop me, or at least slow me
down, from exposing their plan. The relentless, horrific retaliation they experienced from
me is to set the example as to what they will encounter if anything previously suspected
is to ever be attempted to be implemented.

Why I Became a Target

In light of the retro-active understanding of this program it is clear why I became a target.
The fact is that I obviously have the educational background to expose the agenda of this
gang-stalking program and of 'The Machine.' I have also always been a truth seeker,
dissenter, and revolutionary in my own respect. I was well on the path to becoming an
accredited, well-respected academic when my life was destroyed (for the first time).

To make a long story short, after graduating college in 2009 I had a hypospadias repair (i.e.
the elongation of the urethra) on my genitals which (was the beginning of what basically
destroyed my life) and resulted in three surgeries on my genitals because two failed (as
explained in Part 6 of 'The Problem' series). The entire situation lasted a year and a half
before I felt like I had fully recovered. Before and during this time, since I was interest in
mind control, I presented a paper at the 2010 Eastern Michigan University Symposium on
pluralistic ignorance, a psychological condition for mass manipulation.

This is what (probably) got me inducted into the gang-stalking program. As you will recall
from the 'Initiation' section, it is easy to be inducted into the program simply for political
reasons. The military, who runs the program, probably thought it wouldn't be long until I
found the voice-of-god weapons, or something else, and exposed the program.
(Especially considering my report was about the Iraq war and that is where the weapons
were admitted being used, as discussed in the 'Hearing Voices in Your Head' section. This
assertion is compounded by the opening comment in the documentary Citizen Four, which
you can read to the right.)

The paper attached above is the report (in it's entirety) which shows how the Bush
administration used the psychological condition pluralistic ignorance to make it look as
though their was an Iraq War, 9/11 connection, which there was not. In it is also a
contrasting historical analysis to that of the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which never happened,
in Vietnam that got America into the war. The video below is the presentation I did at the
symposium on the subject (as a synopsis) and was recorded in March a few days before I
went in for my second surgery.

This is also probably why I was (later) manipulated through ('The Machine's)
"environmental theater" (as previously described) because "they" knew I could see it due to
the paper I wrote. It is clear no one really understands the media system(s) and psycho-
social conditions like I do so as a tactic the military (probably) decided to simply make me
look crazy by running strategic operations on me similar to that of in 'gang-stalking' but only
through (mainly) "environmental theater" and 'The Machine' (i.e. the Lady Gaga catfishing
scenario). This would (again) explain why all other TIs don't talk about 'The Machine' or
even semantic priming (as explained in the 'Entertainment Theater' section). It would also
explain the attack as outlined in the Uber Helicopter Priming Evidence and the strategic
operations I was claiming (in this video) along with the military stalking I talk about in this
daily log.

After the surgeries I was still pursuing my academics, hoping to get into grad school,
working on my psychosocial philosopher blog, gaining attention in hip-hop, and studying at
Washtenaw community college for a business certificate and entrepreneurial knowledge
when I was catfished. In retrospect, this was another punishment and a clear tactic to
prevent me from popularizing scientific findings through (my) music (label Lyceum
Recordz). The only thing worse then an accredited psychologist dangerously close to
exposing your masochistic, half-century long mind control experimentation program, that
he has all the prerequisite knowledge to discover, is one that is famous and/or trying to
popularize it!

(Again highlighting eugenics) ...if the surgeries on my genitals that lasted 18 months wasn't
tragic enough, the catfishing really ruined my life because it destroyed
my academic credibility (through a mental illness diagnosis, i.e. defamation of character)
and my propensity to get into a graduate school because my academic record now shows I
dropped out of my Washtenaw community college class. As I state in the 'Repeated
Persecution' video from 'The Problem Series' it is obvious that my life has been destroyed,
repeatedly, due to my academic pursuits. Considering the information encapsulated within
this writing, that should be obvious to the reader.

After the Lady Gaga catfishing fiasco it is obvious that, as a fear tactic, my pursuers wanted
me to know that they punished me by priming me to be unable to stop maintaining an
erection in order to have the surgeries fail twice resulting in the most horrific pain I had
ever experienced. (This is encapsulated in Lady Gaga's U and I, and Jay-Z and Kanye West's
Otis music videos; who were [again] the artificially created [probably] unaware
protagonists.) I talk about this in the 'Repeated Persecution' video from 'The Problem
Series.' After being catfished I created a blog to catalog this occurrence. After leaving for
California must of been hacked because all the pictures have been removed. (I still have yet
to find the time to rebuild it.)

When I tell people about this government mind-control program I do have people that have
(understandably) said to me "If they really had that, or that much control, you'd be dead!"
...it is hard to encapsulate the fact I've been harshly punished, how vehemently they have
destroyed my life, and how they have tried to kill me, repeatedly! This is another reason
why I adopted the horrific utility of the 'Psychological Warfare' as outlined, and will see it
through!

Again, this isn't my fault and the constant thwarting of my economic condition, and
therefor justice, is why I have had to resort to (poignantly) threatening the Defense
Department and the psychological warfare. (This might also explain the death of the
famous, intelligent sports star turned patriot Pat Tillman and his untimely death at the hand
of freindly-fire while deployed.) This program needs to be recognized and ended, and the
culprits punished severely so this will never happen again. Again, blaming me, the victim,
will not be tolerated. I am painfully tired of making up for what people don't understand,
which is a large reason for this writing. On the contrary, especially in light of all the

WAR

The fact is the American government, although previously recognized by the Clinton
administration, has not done anything about this situation (as Dr. Barrie Trower says) to
avoid lawsuits. However, the situation is entirely out of control! As an ultimatum and so the
rest of the world is ready for if and when this neo-nazi program is implemented I have been
pushing for war from the international community. I have had their attention since I
originally emailed the United Nations back in 2013 as I state in the Help! video!

Besides the obvious necessity for war if the American public, people, and government do
not deal with this fact is that if this program goes un-reprimanded it will cause more
damage and cost more money and human life then if it is allowed to continue. The machine
is designed to work over generations so the immediacy of war is a more beneficial opinion.
It is better then (waiting for) another holocaust as the intelligence officer argues (above)
and the continuation of the holocaust that is occurring silently. Not only does this make
logical sense in light of the previously discussed in this writing but it is my professional
opinion and also argued by Dr. Barrie Trower in this clip. Dr. Trower believes (and I agree)
war is a more cost effective option because the destruction this program will cause will be
greater then war.

Legal Proceedings

One of the biggest problems is that semantic priming and the directed energy weapons
technologies (discussed above) are not regulated and there are no, or sparse, laws. (In this
clip Joe Biden tells Justice John Roberts he will have to rule on microchips.) It's obvious that,
like in the movie Outbreak, the military wants to use this technology as a weapon but it's
use and lack of awareness comes at the expense of (global) citizen's. With that said, there
are very strong (international) laws about non-consensual human experimentation with
very ridged parameters and guidelines as established in the Nuremberg treaty (discussed in
this clip) and as outlined in the clip below.

The conundrum is that the silence of these programs was done because the government
didn't want to pay lawsuits, as Dr. Barrie Trower exclaims in this clip. However, this will be a
historical example (along with the severe punishment) why you never do that! This is out of
control! Whether the military (and/or government) fully comprehends the gravity of this
program, it's origins, or it's (obvious) aims (once you understand the program)
is irregardless. The fact is this is a humanitarian and civil rights crisis that can no longer be
tolerated!

For these reasons and those expressed in the 'Holocaust' section I will not stop pressuring,
pushing, and forcing the rest of the world into war with America until court proceedings for
this matter are commenced! This is in everyone's aggregate self-interest because the risks
associated with allowing 'The Machine'/gang-stalking program to
proceed unreprimanded are great and are becoming catastrophic.

The judicial system needs to take immediate action to avoid a genocide, and would procure
the best possible outcome. Court proceedings would usurp the research (although 'The
Machine's' influence will need to be studied to reverse it's effects) and simply start the
process of looking for the physical machine/computer. Judicial proceedings would not only
provide (a level of) validation but expedite the search for 'The Machine,' make American's
aware, and therefor, create a more efficient resolution to this tragedy. The only reason this
program/machine works (so well) is because no one knows it exists! Therefor, judicial
resolution is preferred but I will do what I have too and push for war until this goal
is achieved or unnecessary!

Conclusion

You should now understand that an organized gang-stalking program of which the military
is the procurator (if not the intelligence agencies as well) is undeniably in
existence. Developed as a result of Project Paperclip when Nazi Germany scientist were
hired in the United States, (basically) MKUltra developed into gang-stalking and is similar
to COINTELPRO, which harassed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and is designed to silence the
intelligent and dissenters. The program uses microwave directed energy weapons to beam
voices inside the head of Targeted Individuals (TIs) to cause an array of physical ailments,
and mental illnesses. The United States has long history of non-consensual citizen human
experimentation making this fact neither surprising nor uncommon. Not only are their
experts and doctors who aren't fooled by the obscurity of the gang-stalking program but
the military has been caught in a lie while at least one ex-scientist has admitted to creating
the technology for "the dark side" and citizen torture.

Besides attacks on the individual, it is clear those that are inducted into the organized
stalking program are entrapped through societal mechanisms. The (proven) military
experimentation coverup becomes conspiracy in that the mental health care profession is
largely unaware of these mind control weapons, it's use in this experimentation program,
the "turn-key" schizophrenic diagnosis, and the awareness of the program "at the top of
psychiatric chain." It is quite apparent individuals are driven to a mental health care facility,
usually through police entrapment of some form (due to protocol) in order to give them a
condemning diagnosis. This is done to stigmatize the TI as mentally ill allowing the stalkers
to pursue the TI with impunity. It is clear those targeted are educated and intelligent and
this is done to silence them and stifle dissent.

With 30-40% of TIs testing positive for emitting a radio frequency it is clear, at some level,
the medical community is involved in microchipping individuals. These microchips not only
allow for satellite tracking but make the micro environmental manipulation (i.e. "street
theater) and macro environmental manipulation (i.e. "entertainment theater") much
easier. Not only was "a machine" identified by JFK (as discussed in the beginning of this
writing) but it more aptly and logically explains the conditions as explained in the
'Environmental Manipulation' sections.

The combination of all these factors--mind control weapons, societal entrapment,

and environmental manipulation--creates the ultimate mind control paradigm where the
targeted individual is tortured with impunity in a graduated punishment system, which is
based on their threat level, to inculcate learned helplessness maintained by bullying. The
purpose of this is to drive the TI to suicide and/or prevent procreation. This makes sense
because (it seems) 'The Machine's' purpose is to mold eugenics over generations.

The program is so despicable it allows the torture of children (which has had
historic precedence through the development therewithin). It is a human and civil rights
tragedy that is out of control and needs to end. Covered-up to prevent lawsuits and make
money for the industry these technologies have been allowed to
continue unreprimanded. It is well understood by all the experts (including and especially
this author) that this program is an experiment in mass human control which is being
developed on individuals and groups for a much larger and wider application. The
conditions of which (as where the program originates) is strikingly and eerily similar to that
of Nazi Germany where (as an oversimplification) the intelligent and articulate were
silenced. The ease and propensity for this to occur is illustrated in 'The Third Wave'
experiment. Considering the 'MACRO Environmental Manipulation' (section) considerable
progress has been made on this front!

This is about fundamental freedoms like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And as
Dr. Martin Luther King said long ago, "A threat to justice anywhere is a threat to justice
everywhere." It is therefor a civic duty to fight back against this corrupt experimentation
program that is taking over our country's values, traditions, sanity, and well-being (not to
mention the lost revenue, production capitol, and economic exploitation). It is obvious that
although people don't fully, consciously comprehend the program they are being
manipulated by, (i.e. 'The Machine' and it's purpose) it is obvious they are
egregiously offended! With my story as a testament, the conditions of entrapment created
by this program causes despotism which requires severe retaliation (to say the least) due to
the lack of civic and communal support, which only exacerbates not
only the condition of the individual but the societal dysfunction at large.

Although judicial proceedings are preferred in all aspects--whether that be

the efficient reprimandation and resolution of organized stalking, 'The Machine' and it's
influence, properly identifying and allocating (severe) punishments for the criminals who
created a human enslavement system, compensating targeting individuals, or being
vindicated for my relentless pursuits in exposing the truth--war is a necessary pursuit. The
fact is, although legal proceedings are preferred, the situation is so serious that until the
resolution through the judicial system is commenced foreign military intervention needs to
be pursued to prevent and even larger catastrophe through the large-scale
implementation of directed energy weapons, 'The Machine,' and other various
(psychological) tactics. This illustrates the desperate need for the resolution of this matter
and why I personally cannot stop taking an aggressive stance until I receive financial
support and judicial representation for court proceedings--as has been desired but so
vehemently prevented (in my personal circumstance[s]).

The entirety of this writing as been an effort to explain 'The Machine' and organized
stalking as best and as accurately as possible to show why this is such an epidemic problem
and why I need help so badly. Further research is needed to differentiate, combine, and/or
categorize 'gang-stalking' and 'The Machine.' Not only does this writing fully vindicate my
suspicions in 'The Machine - Strategic Operations, Tactical Capabilities, and Silent Noise
Sequences' but it illustrates the need for personal initiative, societal recognition, communal
discussion, and judicial resolution to thwart a holocaust, prevent war, resolve an epidemic,
