Problem Statement
As part of a family buying process a family is being videotaped
while buying a car in dealers’ showroom. The video cameras are
clearly visible on walls of showroom. The images of the family
are being captured by the camera. However, their conversation
cannot be recorded. Conversation within the family are being
monitored by a researcher posing as a shopper. The researcher
has been appointed by the dealer. The family is a middle-class
family and it is their 1st car.

Problem identified
• The dealer was the same for all customers
• Same Catchphrases.
• High chances of Sanjay & Rupal encountering the researcher, if
they had decided to visit the dealership again.
Solution
• The dealer should have more than one researcher at every
dealership with rotation policy, to reduce the risk of being
recognized.
• The researcher should refrain from using the same catchphrases
while having conversations with customers.
