give awareness to people.

 RECOMMENDATIONS
1.Motorcycle accidents often happen in
Tarlac City. The police officers may enforce
strictly the Ra No. 10666 also known as
Safety of children aboard motorcycle.
2.The police officers or the implementers may
conduct seminars about motorcycle
accidents to enlighten the drivers about
this accident.
 RECOMMENDATIONS
3.Being a responsible parents and
driver will help to avoid motorcycle
accidents involving children.
4.A quick response to such accident may
impose by the LGU’s and police officials.
5.Children should also enlighten by their
parents
about this matter, in that way children
will be aware on what are the possible
