Key Insights & Recommendations
T1 has significantly higher level of Sales Contribution over the years,
01 however, a similar contribution from T2 and T3 college recruits

The data of Avg. Performance Rating by College Tier of last 3 years suggests
02 that while T1 has consistently showed higher performance, T2 college
recruits (barring the Year 3) have also shown above average performance

03 61% from Tier reported high customer satisfaction scores over last 3 years,
while 35% and 25% was reported for recruits from T2 and T3 colleges

04 Longevity of new hires from campus also suggests that strategic focus on
hiring from Premium Tier 1 colleges should continue for a business impact
