Schools & Colleges

Identification
• Identification of cities where we want to carry out this campaign. We may choose to conduct this
program in AO/RO/ZO/HO cities, state capitals and second best city in the state.
• Identification of agencies like ILFS, EduComp, Sercon which have reach in schools and colleges of
our interest and which can help us in implementing our program.
• Identification of creative / event management agency for designing events / presentations /
competitions / games for school and college students.
• Identification of schools and colleges in the selected cities. We may identify following schools:
 Kendriya Vidyalaya (More than 1000 schools across the country)
 Delhi Public School (More than 200 schools across the country)
 Ryan International (Around 100 schools I major cities)
 We may also target Air Force and Army schools across the selected cities (Around 500
schools)
We may identify following colleges:
 All IIT/NIT/IIIT
 All NIT
 All IIM
 All Presidency colleges
 All St. Xavier colleges
 Identification of PR agency to promote and engage VIP for city wise reward functions.
 Design of Events & Promotion Materials
• Using the creative agency, we need to design promotional materials like
pamphlets, brochure, posters, creative for online and offline promotions.
• Games, Presentations, contest, etc for different TG needs to be designed.
That is,
– Schools
• 1st Std to 5th Std: Level One Road Safety Champion Hunt
• 6th Std to 9th Std: Level Two Road Safety Champion Hunt
• 10th Std to 12th Std: Level Three Road Safety Champion Hunt
Every school will have group representation in the form of all champions and a
teacher. All the activities and events will be held during the CCA hours of
respective schools. Winners will be decided by teachers of respective schools.
– College
• An open contest for all the colleges (IIT/IIIT/NIT/Presidency/ Xavier's /IIM).
• Stream wise contest for Arts, Science and Management students.
 Rewards and Recognition
• School
– All the participants in each category needs to be given participation
certificate.
– Champions in each category to be rewarded with special
recognition/title.
– Teacher representative can also be rewarded with an memento.
• Colleges
– Cash prize and certification for winners.
• All the winners will be felicitated in a function organized in
each city. Senior govt. official may be invited for the function.
 Marketing
• Extensive promotions through online media.
• Posters at all the participating schools, MDS
and dealerships
