UNDEFINED TERMS
Undefined Terms

• building blocks of geometry.

• terms that can be described but can’t defined
since it is just an idea

Undefined Terms in Geometry:

• POINT - It has no size, no width, no length

and no thickness and use to indicate location.
A point is represented by a DOT.

LINE - It has length but no width and no thickness. It
can be extended in both directions forever.
PLANE- It has no thickness. It is a flat, two-
dimensional surface that extends infinitely.
Identify Me! ( By Pair)
Identify whether the following object is a point, line or plane.
