Step 2 - Email
• Send out emails to the best scores (out of 20)
asking for :

1. Recorded audio of answers to 3 questions (from


tech concepts of the subject) (?/10)
2. internet speedtest screenshot + internet plan +
area?
3. Resume
4. Share : JD/responsibilities & ask for signed copy
Step 3 – interview with tech team
1. Evaluate the points at previous step and mark
the best candidates.

2. For the best candidates, schedule an


interview with someone from the tech team

(Create a pool of Qs ready for the tech team to


take and finish it off in max 30 mins)
Step 4 – Live demo session
• If tech team gives a green signal, go ahead and schedule a live
demo session & evaluate on :

 Net connection
 Ability to teach in live environment
 Ability to take questions & resolve them
 Reaction when lots of Qs are asked (irritate)
 Way of teaching/methodology

(if all good, then hire  send out email confirmation


and start onboarding process)
