YOGURT CUPS
WITH GRANOLA
AND FRUITS
What are the benefits of yogurt?
 Yogurt is a food that is part of the usual diet of millions of people. Natural
remedies and beauty or culinary recipes are based on this product which, in
addition to being healthy, economical and versatile, provides calcium to the
bones, is easy to digest and low in calories.
 Ithelps regulate stomach acidity and stabilizes the intestinal flora (especially
those with probiotics). It also combats constipation, and its regular
consumption is linked to the prevention of infections.

What vitamins does yogurt have?


 Yogurtis an excellent source of vitamins from group A and B, and
minerals such as zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium.
Granola
 Granola has a significant content of fiber and healthy fats.
That is, it is not necessary to eat it in large quantities to
control the appetite.
 Granola is a food whose base is made with dried fruit
(almonds and/or walnuts), oatmeal, mixed with honey and
baked until crispy. Additionally, seeds (marigold,
pumpkin, flaxseed, sesame) and dehydrated fruits (raisins,
dates, banana) are usually added.
 It also has many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that
help protect the body from free radicals. It is a great
substitute for commercial sugary cereals.
Fruits

 Fruits can be consumed at any time of the day.

 They provide a lot of energy; they are easy to


digest. They are rich in fiber, water, vitamins and
are great allies to avoid constipation because they
help intestinal transit.
Honey

 Honey helps maintain healthy skin, prevent


constipation and improve sleep, among others,
thanks to nutrients such as calcium, copper, iron,
magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus and
potassium, as well as amino acids, organic acids,
vitamins B, C, D and E, and antioxidants.

 2 cups of plain yogurt. There are 309 calories in 2 cups of plain yogurt.

Granola:
 2 cups of granola. There are 226 calories in a 1/2 cup of Granola.
Calorie breakdown: 23% fat, 68% carbs, 9% protein.
Fruits:
 2 cups of chopped strawberry or raspberry. There are 128 calories in 2 cups
of Raspberries and 92 calories in 2 cups of whole Strawberries
 1 cup of blueberry. A cup of blueberries have 83 calories
 1 cup of raspberry. A cup of raspberries have 64 calories.
Honey:
 4 tablespoons of honey. A tablespoon of honey has 65 calories
Safety and Sanitation

 Wash your hands with warm, soapy water for


20 seconds before and after handling food.
 Wash fruits with cold water before using.
Ingredients

Measures
 4 portions
 Select all ingredients
 2 cups of plain yogurt
 2 cups of granola
 2 cups of chopped strawberry or raspberry
 2 cups of blueberry
 1 cup of raspberry
 4 tablespoons of honey
Preparation
 Use 4 martini glasses, or clear wine glasses or glasses
 Put 2 tablespoons of yogurt (in each).
 Then put 2 tablespoons of strawberries or raspberry (spread well to cover the surface).
 Follow with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
 Then 2 tablespoons of granola.
 Follow with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt
 Then put blueberry and raspberry in the top.
 Finally, Put a few drops of honey on top
