Introduction
 ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SYSTEM is a website designed primarily for use
in the food delivery industry. This system will allow hotels and
restaurants to increase scope of business by reducing the labor cost
involved. The system also allows to quickly and easily manage an online
menu which customers can browse and use to place orders with just
few clicks. Restaurant employees then use these orders through an easy
to navigate graphical interface for efficient processing.
Objective
 Develop a system that will allow customers to place their food order
online and provide them with feedback as to the calorie and fat count
of the meal, a generic image of the meal, a list of side dishes, main
course ingredients, and cost information.
What To Do
• Provide a display that will allow the customer to choose menu items
and make corrections.
• Update this display with changes to the order.
• Provide a running total cost and calorie/fat count.
• At order finalization, we will request identification information from the
customer.
• Offer a static map of our surrounding area so that customers unfamiliar
with our location can find us.

In this module Admin has rights to change in there food menu, location
mentioned & various activities.

 User Module
In this module there are number’s of members. Firstly they have to
register themselves with their name, phone number, address of there
current location (Home, Office, Other), email id.
 Contact Us Module
In this module the customer can go through with the hotel details or
contact us detail for more information about the quantity of food or
other.

 Search Module
In this module the customer can search with the name of dishes, hotel
name, other.
 Tracker Module
In this module you can track the hole process from food making to
delivering person who is delivering the food/parcel to your place.

 Online Payment Module

In this module there are some options that you can pay the amount
through Online banking, Debit/ Credit Card, UPI, and also Cash on
Delivery.
 Feedback/Rating Module
In this module the customer give there feedback about the food taste,
quantity, quality, according to money they are investing in there food
are worth it
The customer also give their feedback for the delivery person, their
behavior, minimum calling.
