A Better Covenant

• 31Behold, the days come, saith the


LORD, that I will make a new
covenant with the house of Israel, and
with the house of Judah:
• 32 Not according to the covenant that I
made with their fathers in the day [that]
I took them by the hand to bring them
out of the land of Egypt; …

Spirit.” Through the grace of Christ we
shall live in obedience to the law of
God written upon our hearts. Having
the Spirit of Christ, we shall walk even

relation between faith and the law
under the new covenant. He says:
“Being justified by faith, we have
peace with God through our Lord Jesus
Christ.” “Do we then make void the
law through faith? God forbid: yea, we
establish the law.”
