 Group yourselves according to your region.
 Provide the groups with pink and blue meta cards.
 In the pink meta cards, write the skills you have
been doing in the course of your work. In the blue
meta cards, write the 21st century skills that you
will start applying.
 Arrange your outputs creatively on a half sheet of
Manila paper.
 Post outputs.
 Group leader shall present the group’s output.
