ABSTRACT
• Customer complaint management system provides
an online way of solving the problems faced by
Customer by saving the time and eradicate
corruption. It is a management technique for
assessing, analyzing and responding to customer
complaints. It allows customer to register their
complaints and automatically schedules and
prompts operators to source complaint to
concerned departments.
INTRODUCTION
• The system is easy to operate and manage the user can
sign up for an account and provide login information before
you send your complaint request.
• This system works on three modules where user can post
their complaint and it is resolved by the responsible
authority.
• User can see the status of the previous complaints and
according to the quality of the service user gives feedback
to the system.
• If user forgot the password then user can recover the
password through email.

@1.10GHz
• RAM:4.00GB
• Operating System : Windows 10
• System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-
based processor.

• Software used: XAMPP
• Front end : HTML, CSS, PHP
• Back end: PHPMYSQL

CONCLUSION

• The customer complaint management system


overcomes the problem of existing system by
providing the easy way of solving customer
complaints.
• New system will save time , reduce the
improper handling of complaints. It has higher
speed of receiving complaints.
• In this management system customer need
not go to office for getting his problem solved.
