 Scope
• The System for Repair Industry is a web based application
with the combination mobile application.

• The Operator will generate ticket for the customer for the
problem or providing service.

• When the operator is generating a ticket he can see the GPS

location of all the technicians .

• The Technician will have a mobile App through which he can

view the list of assigned tasks.
