 EXISTING SYSTEM
 Before create a system, organization not use any particular for all
organization work. Organization account related work is done
using the Tally and also use excel type application to do some task
like take attendance, add new client or employee details.

 Problem areas of existing system :

 Existing System of all department are use him/her own system
than organization data cannot be access easily.
 It’s create problem to analysis data and also can’t easily pass
information by one employee to another employee.
 So it’s make complicated to different department to store data in
different place.

organization which is work in the IT industry it’s a ERP system it
means system uses a centralized database for various business
processes to reduce manual labour and to simplify existing
business workflow.

 System is use to make a good relationship with the customer and

also system help to organization to collet all data and access this
data in the single system so it’s reduce time and performed some
operation like payment outstanding, employee attendance etc..
Easily and fast so people work load is reduce to this system.
